This has been my best buying experience and I have bought cars from 3 other dealers and this one was by far the best. It's nice to finally find a dealership that has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had just about given up on replacing my 2019 Rogue since I had recently visited several dealerships. I found it distressing that the sales people I encountered had no idea oh how to answer my questions without looking at a computer screen or their phones. So it was with great joy when I visited St. Charles Nissan and was greeted by Pam Mangosing. She answered every question and explained the differences between the 2019 and 2022 vehicles. After agreeing on the price of the 2022 Rogue: Pam introduced my wife and I to the Service Manger Anna Laws, who made our first maintenance appointment. Pam then introduced us to Sid Kahn that handled and explained all the paperwork on the trade in and the purchase of the new vehicle. We are so happy to have found a dealership that still knows how to treat a customer. More

My wife and I went to this dealer at the recommendation of our daughter, with the intent of looking at a pre-owned Toyota Camry she saw on their web site. Finding good pre-owned vehicles in the current env of our daughter, with the intent of looking at a pre-owned Toyota Camry she saw on their web site. Finding good pre-owned vehicles in the current environment is difficult at best. We were greeted by Cathy Sandbothe as we walked onto the lot. Cathy invited us in and we sat down with her to discuss and test drive the Camry. My wife brought up the subject of pre-owned SUV options with Cathy. Before I knew it, we were test driving a 2019 Nissan Rogue. This vehicle was decked out and in immaculate condition with just 36,500 miles. I drove it and another lesser equipped Rogue and came to the immediate conclusion that the first Rogue I drove was MY vehicle! Couldn't have been easier. Cathy walked us through the purchase and was thorough and professional every step of the way. We will definately refer anyone we know that is looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle to Cathy! I think we have a new dealership we will be using in the future. More
