From the moment I walked into the showroom looking for "The Major," I knew I'd chosen the right dealership! I was immediately greeted with friendly smiles, offered assistance in finding my salesman, to me "The Major," I knew I'd chosen the right dealership! I was immediately greeted with friendly smiles, offered assistance in finding my salesman, to meeting him and shaking hands. Ron is 100% a professional, has learned the business backwards & forwards in the short time he's been in the industry (2nd career for Mr. Martin), and never once "talked down" to me as a "single female with no man to help me make decisions about what I wanted!" The buying process only seemed to get easier as the purchase process moved forward and, when it came time to sign all the paperwork, it was ready and waiting for me with their finance person. From my personal experiences, most new car/car buying scenarios are classified as a "rotal pain in the the behind!" Mine called for a celebration! If you want a GREAT car buying experience (instead of a migraine!), then pay a visit to Ron "Major" Martin. It will be well worth your time. He listens and delivers on everything he tells you. Yes, there actually are truthful car salesmen still around these days!! More

Absolute worst & most unprofessional dealership I've ever worked with! Just now got the title to a car I purchased in October & to them it's "a simple clerical error."
