I had to take my 2011 Tuscan in for servicing with audio and heating/cooling issues. I have used this dealer several times since I've lived in St. Peters for years. I have recently moved to Foristell howe and heating/cooling issues. I have used this dealer several times since I've lived in St. Peters for years. I have recently moved to Foristell however, opted not to use a closer dealer due to their poor customer service. Chris answered my call for an appointment and he was so very pleasant on the phone. Since I've used this dealer before I know that he is consistantly professional and pleasant on the phone (which is honestly such a rarety). When I dropped my car off for servicing Chris was with another guest. I was also witness to his interactions with the Cashier when she was unable to locate my paperwork. He is truly a team member to be recognized since his professionalism extends to not only all his external clients but his internal clients as well! He followed up with me later that afternoon with a status update on my vehicle and was there the next day when my car was as good as new. Chris is an employee that should be recognized by Hyundai for outstanding customer service and truly appreciated by St. Charles Hyundai's management team. More

As a recent college grad, I went looking in to purchase a new car. My uncle had just bought a car from them and had worked with Nathan Nazari and got a great deal. Nathan is the floor manager and has worked there for 14 years, so he was able to know what deals he could give me and also what costs he could cut out of the price for me. It was great to work with someone who didn't need to go check with their supervisor about every negotiation. Nathan was very friendly and showed me every feature on the Elantra GT that I test drove. Buying your first new car is exciting and he was excited to help me do just that. Nathan did his best to get me the best financing possible and they were able to work with my good credit score. Because my uncle recommended Nathan to me and I mentioned it, Nathan said he was going to send my uncle a "thank you" check in the mail for $50 or so. I think that's great, especially since he sold our family 2 cars for that month. It was a great experience for a first car buyer. Craig Smith did the financing paperwork with me and was very nice and friendly about explaining everything and making sure all the finances were in order. Overall, an enjoyable experience. From the minute I first met Anthony, I knew he would look out for my best interests. He continuously listened to what I felt like was important in a vehicle and that led me to my final decision in which vehicle to purchase. He knew what my bottom line dollar was that I could afford and never tried to sway me to spend more or for upgrades that were not a necessity for me or my family. I chose this dealership after my bad experience at another Hyundai dealership in the South County area where we live. My experience at the dealership was basically being left to stand and wait for th another Hyundai dealership in the South County area where we live. My experience at the dealership was basically being left to stand and wait for the salesman to help me, even though it was a half hour before closing and no other customers were present. I might also add this was with a roomful of other salesman doing nothing but talking to each other. After 5 minutes of waiting, I noticed my salesman decided to talk to another salesman instead of coming to me and assist me. I decided to walk out and change the dealership I was going to buy my car from. My research turned up St. Charles Hyundai Automotive which had very positive reviews online. I called ahead and spoke with Ben Macormic to let him know I wanted to test drive the 2013 Hyundai Sante Fe. When I arrived Ben apologized and told me of a spur of the moment customer he had been helping, who suddenly had shown up to make a car purchase. He asked if it would be alright for his co-worker Randy to assist me in my test drive. That was perfectly fine with me and my best test drive experience began. Randy took me out to see the different colors of the Hyundai Sante Fe's they had,he asked me to go back up to the dealership while he got the vehicle ready for the test drive. He pulled the vehicle up to the dealership doors. We began with a detailed explaination of first what's under the hood of the Sante Fe. I had recently been in a collision with another vehicle that had hit me head on and totaled my car. This is important because Randy pointed out to me the many safety features of the Sante Fe which made me feel more confident in choosing the Sante Fe as our next family vehicle. Randy took me on the most comprehensive test drive, on curvy,bumpy,uphill and downhill average roads and the highway so I could really get a feel for how the Sante Fe handled these surfaces. I had to leave after the test drive to pick up my son from school, and appreciated that I could just leave my contact info so we could chat in more detail later. Randy contacted me and we chatted about what options I was looking at and color. He proposed a sales price and I countered. We later had Ben contact us back and he said they did not have the color I was looking for would we be open to choosing another color if they could find the options I was looking for and come to an agreement on the price. We said we would be open to that, and Ben found our Sante Fe at another dealership and gave us a great price. We are very happy with the deal we made with Ben, and appreciated the professionalism throughout the deal process. The day of the pick up, we were shown the vehicle which was indoors in the garage for us to go over and ask any questions of Ben. Everything looked great and we proceeded forward with the car paperwork and financial paperwork. My husband was impressed with how easy this process went, unlike his experiences in the past at other dealerships. You see what most dealerships fail to remember is that in many cases it's the women that do alot of the research for a car purchase in the family. Why? It's because we have more time than our husbands do to do the research, and we care about getting a safe car that makes sense for our family. St. Charles Hyundai knows how to treat us women, by giving us the same serious respect in the car shopping experience in their dealership that they would a man. This is all any woman wants, because we help make the purchasing decisions in the household. More
