In trying to install a dash cam myself (don't laugh, I know...I know) I tried to hide the cable down the passenger windshield side post of our 2013 Elantra and could not get the plastic housing back on. I know...I know) I tried to hide the cable down the passenger windshield side post of our 2013 Elantra and could not get the plastic housing back on. Chris was very friendly from the outset. He told me about the breakaway bolt that is there for the air bag, and that they would have to break it and replace it with a new one and then reinstall the post cover. I expected him to say it was going to be a big deal and would cost an arm and a leg. Instead he said it was not a big deal. I also had gotten a wind-deflector for the sun roof when we bought the car 4 months ago and had not had it installed. I asked if he could do that too. He asked if I had time to wait. I said sure! In about thirty minutes, David, the installer, came out an introduced himself to me and said he had completed the job. He added that he also perform an inspection and toped off the windshield washer fluid, and then said the car would be brought around directly. Chris came to me with the key in a minute or two and said it was done...NO CHARGE. Wow! Now that's customer-centered service. I've owned Toyota's for over 25 years, and I never felt so special and appreciated than the way Chris and David made me feel. Even the sales manager came out while I was waiting and asked how I was liking the Elantra. That was the best half hour I have ever spent in a dealership waiting room. I think I’ll be bringing my car in for service for a long time to come. Thanks guys! More

He was extremely helpful and found a way to get me in the car I wanted and stay in my price range, even without the trade equity. I was very impressed and I would recommend Jason and his team to anyone interested in making a new car purchase. More
