Terrible buying experience at St Charles Automotive. Ordered my Night edition Palisade on November 16. The car arrived on December 6th. I had financing set up with USAA before I went to purchase t Ordered my Night edition Palisade on November 16. The car arrived on December 6th. I had financing set up with USAA before I went to purchase the car. Picking up the car i was told I had to finance through Commerce Bank at 8.4%. USAA was at 6.2%. I was also told there were NO factory incentives on the Palisade in December. Disappointed I walked on the transaction and received a refund on my deposit. Enter Napleton Hyundai!!! $1000.00 Factory discount off MSRP (WHAT....?) 3.4% financing through Hyundai. Great buying experience. My thought: St Charles Automotive has no character, no loyalty and no honor. Stay away or you will pay a higher price. Napleton Hyundai was honest in their business dealings. Napleton Hyundai will earn your trust and your business. More

Deceptive Sales! !! $250 Holiday Gift Card Promotion... I went in last week to purchase a 2024 Genesis GV70. After test driving the vehicle, I asked the sales person !! $250 Holiday Gift Card Promotion... I went in last week to purchase a 2024 Genesis GV70. After test driving the vehicle, I asked the sales person (Kevin Thomas) to get me pricing on the vehicle, which he promptly did and returned with a deal sheet within a few minutes and I told him that I would call him by the end of the day to let him know if we had a deal or not. Later that afternoon, I called Kevin back to let him know that we had a deal and asked him to get the paperwork ready and I would come back the next day to sign after putting a $1,000 deposit down. When I arrived the next day to sign the paperwork, Kevin slid a piece of paper in front of me that stated I opted out of the $250 holiday gift card program. I told him that I still wanted the gift card, but he said they took that off the price of the car, but could add it back in if I truly wanted the gift card, which I declined. WHY WOULD I PAY FOR MY OWN GIFT CARD? I didn't try to haggle on the price of the car or negotiate a cheaper price at any point during the transaction and gave them exactly what they asked for. I should have just walked away from this deal and gone someplace else. More
