This is my first new car purchase and he went above and beyond by following me home in my old car, which I was keeping and driving my new Tucson to my home and getting a ride from there. There was no pressure and he was upfront on all the charges. I was also pleased with the straightforward way that John and the crew did business. No nonsense or fine print. My wife has bought two cars from St. Charles Hyundai and raves about how well they treat her when she brings her car in for maintenance, and that figured in my buying my Tucson from them. WAY better than expected Curiosity got the best of me...I went in not expecting to be able to do anything. My circumstances were difficult..(to me anyway).
