Had my Pacifica serviced at St. Charles Chrysler today and I had to take a moment to say what a great experience I had with their service department. The Chrysler dealer i had been going to for 12 years couldn't fit me in for 3 weeks when i had a starter problem. Called St Charles and they fit me in, Paul Carter handled everything perfectly. that was couldn't fit me in for 3 weeks when i had a starter problem. This week my battery light came on and my old dealer couldn't get me in for 3 weeks again, i called St Charles and they got me in in 2 days and Paul Carter took care of me again, the alternator was going out and Paul Carter handled it like a professional again. Because of Paul ill be changing dealers permanently ! More
