I’m loving the car. Only 2 issues I have heated seats and windshield washer not working. Other than that the car is a head turner. I went into this dealership looking for a car for my 17 year old son and was very impressed with the knowledge that Diego had of all the cars they had. I walked out of that dealership with a better car tha year old son and was very impressed with the knowledge that Diego had of all the cars they had. RUN and RUN FAST! You would think that after purchasing two cars they would be over the moon and providing excellent customer appreciation. Well, that’s wrong! After trading in two cars (Mercedes and Audi) two cars they would be over the moon and providing excellent customer appreciation. Well, that’s wrong! After trading in two cars (Mercedes and Audi) we purchased two new cars the same day. After a month we get charged for our car payments form the cars we traded in AND our new ones! So 4 car payments in one day! We call the dealership to be told oh it’s coming out tomorrow. Really a month later? Besides that when purchasing the new cars we were told any service work needed their sister dealership Bell Mitsubishi would provide that. We take our cars to our mechanic who we’ve used for multiple years. He gives us a small list of things that need to be taken care of. We take it up and they do some but not all of the work. My wife’s car needed some tires. We were told no problem, we will get them ordered and taken care of. Well a month later still hasn’t been taken care of. After numerous phone calls to SquareOne we are placed on hold for 5-10 mins and passed around from person to person at a time to only be hung up on. We call back and are promised a phone call...days go by and nothing. The finial day we call to get answers when I’m told “look man I ain’t got time to be on the phone with you”. Wow.. that’s customer service at it’s finest. Unless you want to be talked down to or treated like your business doesn’t matter I would STRONGLY suggestion finding another auto dealership! At the time of this posting.. still no calls. Sad just sad.. More
