I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the recent transaction we attempted with your dealership. We approached you with decency and clarity, agreeing on a deal that you confirmed four times. However, when it was time to finalize the transaction, you presented us with a completely different amount from what we had agreed upon. Despite giving you the papers for my car that was to be traded in, you failed to return them. Repeated attempts to contact you were ignored. This is not just poor service; it is an outright disregard for basic human decency. All we asked was for a scanned copy of the title of my own car to be sent to my email before mailing it, but you failed to respond to this simple request. The price you posted online was deceptive, and once we arrived, you burdened us with unnecessary fees, claiming they were mandatory. This bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable. We trusted your word, even when you wrote the agreed amount in bold letters, only to have you change it at the last moment. Your response of "it's my mistake" without any effort to rectify the situation or work with us to correct your error is inexcusable. This level of dishonesty is intolerable. Frankly, I would rather deal with an honest person off the street than someone who wears a suit but is filled with lies. I hope you reflect on this feedback and improve your practices to treat your customers with the respect and honesty they deserve. More
