Just bought a brand new suburban. We asked about keeping our old floor mats and was told we would get new ones. What they failed to tell us was the new ones was not what we had in o We asked about keeping our old floor mats and was told we would get new ones. What they failed to tell us was the new ones was not what we had in our other vehicle and that they would only provide part of the floor mats. We called back to let them know all the floor mats did not come but they refused to make it right. When you spend as much money as you do for a vehicle you would think they would keep true to their word. More
