Someone who is nice and if you have questions you get spoken to in a way that your questions are answered without you feeling stupid or receiving condescending answers that may not even make sense. Anything that we talked about there was no pressure for anything to be done but even through all of the trouble that I had due to my bank and paperwork and things like that but she never once got frustrated or lost patience with me and everything that we did I was told hey this is what this is for and I didn't just signed a million papers without knowing what any of it meant.
