HORRIBLE experience I called to set up an appointment the next day-a Saturday morning-to see a car. We had to get up early and drive 75miles from Denver to Colorado Sprin I called to set up an appointment the next day-a Saturday morning-to see a car. We had to get up early and drive 75miles from Denver to Colorado Springs to meet with Adam Shotwell, the sales person to see the car. He sent me an email confirmation that I was coming the night before, as well as another email in the morning to confirm we were still coming. He stated the car was ready for us to test drive it when we arrived at 10am. So we drove to the dealership and found Adam. He was not able to find the car on the lot. He and my husband walked all over the lot searching for it. On the phone Adam told me he was looking right at the car from his desk, which clearly was a lie. We waited a half hour while he looked for it. Then the finance manager came out-not Adam-to tell us that the car was gone and had been transported to Denver the night before. Someone put a deposit on the car and was going to see it Monday up in Denver. I was not aware it could be transferred up to Denver otherwise we would not have driven down, nor was I told I could put a deposit on it. But put a deposit just to see a car? Who does that? There were no apologies just “this is the best we can do” explanation. My husband and I drove all the way back-150miles round trip for nothing. It was awful how we were treated and I would never recommend ever dealing with this dealership..they were unprofessional and dishonest. I can only imagine what other things they would have been dishonest about if we did actually buy a car from them. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise that we dodged that bullet. I wouldn’t wish on anyone to have the same experience we did. More

Great sales rep not so good on the actual management side.
