I shopped over the weekend online and found a vehicle that was located in the Engelwood Springs Automotive Group. I filled in the various online inquiries and called first thing in the morning to expres that was located in the Engelwood Springs Automotive Group. I filled in the various online inquiries and called first thing in the morning to express my interest. I was told that the company would transport the car down on Monday for me to review/ purchase. I drove out to the Powers location on Monday at the time the company told me that it would be there. When I arrived, the manager told me the vehicle was not going to be coming down that day, but they would get it to Colorado Springs the next day. I made arrangements to come in the next day, but was informed that the vehicle had been reserved in Denver and no longer available to me - sold out from under me. In my opinion, this was poorly managed and a complete waste of my time - without even a call or an apology! Highly disappointed in their practices. More
