Terrible!! Horrendous experience. I purchased a used Chevy Tahoe that is now literally not drivable. I have had nothing but trouble since purchasing this vehicle Horrendous experience. I've been to the Springs Automotive service center 8 times in the past 3 months. They replaced a bunch of cheap parts and continue ignoring the transmission issues I keep telling them to fix. Their excuse is "they can't duplicate the issue". My Tahoe now won't shift out of neutral and is stuck parked on the side of the road. More
