Unhappy Came in looking for a pick up for my son. While looking at the inventory we were informed about the inventory from the other locations. There was a Ch Came in looking for a pick up for my son. While looking at the inventory we were informed about the inventory from the other locations. There was a Chevy that my son picked out from the Springs location and when the salesman went to check on bringing it over a very pushy manager came to show us other vehicles that weren’t a pick up. This is not how car buying should work! We came in for a specific kind of vehicle and showing us SUVs when we clearly wanted a truck was not the way to do business! Will definitely not be back and will be letting anyone I know in the market for a car or truck to not go to Springs Automotive! Why bother showing inventory from another location if you aren’t going to deliver! Very disappointed! More

Great Experience When I was looking to purchase I reached out to DJ, who I have purchased a vehicle from in the past and informed him which vehicle I was looking for. When a vehicle that fit my needs arrived on the lot he called me immediately and we made arrangements to test drive the vehicle.
