We were to work with Sara, but due to transit problems with the Subaru from Colorado Springs and having to come back the next day, we worked with RJ. He is very personable, talking with my wife and I abou with the Subaru from Colorado Springs and having to come back the next day, we worked with RJ. He was a great communicator, as he would immediately let us know something when he knew, and was very knowledgeable of the Subaru Forester we were buying (he said he worked at Subaru for some amount of time which was great!). He also helped us find car insurance through Allstate (it was the cheapest out of the other 5 quotes we looked at!). We found a couple of things wrong with the Subaru (windshield wiper fluid sensor and horn) and he made sure this was taken care of for us without any cost to us; he even made sure the gas tank was full! We also worked with Lon to fill out paperwork, and he had a dry sense of humor which was endearing and made the process less “boring.” Shana was a warm presence in our interactions as she would ask if there was anything she could do for us and let us know to reach out to her if we had any questions. A really great team and thankful to have their guidance as we purchased our first car! More
