It all started just a few days ago making the decision to look for a new vehicle me and the girlfriend decided on a certain budget and dreaded pulling up to any dealership! we decided to go to Springs auto, look for a new vehicle me and the girlfriend decided on a certain budget and dreaded pulling up to any dealership! we decided to go to Springs auto, we sat in the car for a good 10 minutes discussing our game plan because we knew we were going to be bombarded by sales people! fortunately that was not the case Miss Denise came out immediately as we stepped out of the car offering hot cocoa and coffee asked us to come inside get warm and then proceeded to see what our reason for the visit was. I explain to her our car situation and told her I was looking for a truck I had a strict budget. We all went back outside and paste the lock once round didn’t see much I liked or could afford. We then went back inside check the inventory and that’s where we met Dan determined to take note of what I was looking for Dan gathered my information and went searching. He came back with a few ideas and again I was firm on our budget max but he insisted I take a look at this truck. Of course we fell in love with the truck but had to wait two more d ays to actually test drive it once we did we knew we were going to end up taking it home! that’s when we met Mr. Lon. He had the pleasure of speaking with my girlfriend over the phone before I got to meet him in person which is probably a good thing because when I got there I was very impressed with his direct answers meanwhile him and my girlfriend could talk sales lingo best experience overall... set a budget Dan talked me out of it, Lon got me in it and Denise was there with the hot cocoa and coffee along the way best group of people I’ve had to deal with in a very long time thank you all so much it was a pleasure and I love the truck!!!!
