Shana you were there you saw what took place and did nothing. If you could have made it right you had the chance to do so. I found out from a wholesale dealer that Brian the owner makes those decisions not you. This is the xx reply I was waiting for lol. I was told by the wholesale dealer Springs Automotive took him for several thousand as well. Now I’ve been waiting for my warranty refund for months and have call Finanacing, and your title clerk who both told me the would help me but found out today you have done nothing according to the warranty company. Horrible Brand and untrustworthy auto dealership. Joseph

Mr. Cordova, again I will apologize that your experience here was anything less than stellar. I have tried to address your concerns each and every step of the way but your desire to only respond here doesn't allow us to discuss the situation or allow me to help. We did indeed process your warranty cancellation upon your request. These cancellations typically take 6-8 weeks for the provider to process. I do not know who you have spoken with at the warranty company but your refund was processed, completed and your refund check mailed to you at the address we have on file last month. If for some reason you have not received it please reach out to me directly at 303-789-2886.

This is you guys trying to get even with me because I told the truth about my experience with your dealership. I just talk to Barb yesterday she said that she would look into it and get back to me she never did. I also told Lon and Barb that I sold my house and have a new address and to keep the check there I would come pick it up. She said she had my new address and she spoke it to me over the phone and it was correct so you purposely sent it to my old address knowing I would never get it and Ray from the warranty company told me yesterday that your dealership never canceled the warranty so he did it for me and said the check would be issued by you in as little as a few weeks so you didn’t send me a check and you didn’t do as I asked which is to call so I could come get it. You by the way said you would call when it was cut. So this just makes you guys look even worse. Just pay me back for the warranty I’ve been waiting for since August. Quit playing games be professional and save face. I canceled a warranty on my corvette and got my refund from the dealership in three weeks so apparently you guys just don’t have it together. I guess I’ll have to take this to the dealer licensing board unless you cancel the “previous check” and cut me another tomorrow. I’ll come get it and put this whole mess behind us. Joseph Cordova
