Just purchased my 4th car from Springs! 3 of which I have gotten from DJ! He's awesome. Springs Automotive I walked on the lot not knowing if Springs Automotive I walked on the lot not knowing if they had the vehicle I wanted. I told the salesman it had to be AWD and saw nothing I liked th Springs Automotive I walked on the lot not knowing if they had the vehicle I wanted. I told the salesman it had to be AWD and saw nothing I liked then an employee parked a 2014 Cadillac ATS on the lot. I asked the salesman if it was AWD he said yes. I found out later it wasn’t. I couldn’t register the car because of a discrepancy in the odometer so I waited for over a month to get the title and now the car has a blemish on the car fax I asked manager Dan Eaton to take the car back and make it right he just laughed at me. Horrible disrespectful management do not buy a car at “Springs Automotive” Dan said he would talk to the owner Brian and get back to me he never did and doesn’t return my phone calls. Unprofessional. My salesman Martin was the only honest one there and admitted he made a mistake when he told me it was AWD. Shady dealership no morals. Lon in Finance is a great guy much respect. I’m very disappointed. Now I’m sure they will give me some kind of a bs response with no results wait for it. Joseph Cordova More

I was pleasantly surprised by the caliber of professionalism and attention from the three people I interacted with from the South Santa Fe location. Late one evening after watching the 10:00 ne professionalism and attention from the three people I interacted with from the South Santa Fe location. Late one evening after watching the 10:00 news I found a vehicle on their website that interested me. I used the inquiry link to learn if it was still available and heard back from the manager within a half hour that it was. The next morning, before 8"00 AM he followed up with verification that it was on site and ready to see. A few minutes later his assistant emailed me and offered to set an appointment for a test drive. I did so, and when my wife and I arrived one of their sales reps was prepared and brought the car to the front door and talked us through the features. Very impressive. More
