Craig Andrieu Bought a 'lightly used' Rogue from another dealer - struts were making a knocking sound, so was sent to a Nissan dealer for service. Met Craig Andrie Bought a 'lightly used' Rogue from another dealer - struts were making a knocking sound, so was sent to a Nissan dealer for service. Met Craig Andrieu, and he guided me through the whole process, keeping me up to date on progress, etc. However, after the repairs, the knock was still there - Craig had the whole repair re-done at no cost to me!! Hats off to Craig and Shawn (I think that's his name - who I'm told is VERY particular on what work he performs on your vehicle) - Thanks guys, for taking such good care of my car, keeping me in the 'know' through the process - and WASHING the car before I took it home!! More

Having moved closer to Springfield, I decided to give their service department a try making an appointment for some basic maintenance service. It didn't look good when I arrived at 10AM with several cars lined up at the service door, but it wasn't long before they had me inside taking my vehicle off to be serviced. Everyone was friendly & courteous. They have a wonderful waiting room and the work was completed in about the time they told me it would be. I was very satisfied with my experience. As I waited, I visited with Greg Meyer in the showroom. He was very friendly & seemed to be knowledgeable answering my questions about the new Rogue & Murano. More

He consistently checked on me in the waiting area, which made me feel like a valued customer. I am definitely going to take my Nissan here for service because I know they are not trying to get as much money out of me as possible. The staff here is responsible, honest, and they are very particular when it comes to service. I appreciate that as someone who is very particular about many things. More
