Service repairs within 45 days of purchase no charge We bought a 2009 Nissan Murano. Within first week, we had a bad tire sensor. We took it to repairs. And it was fixed no charge. A few weeks after that, we noticed the front windshield washer didn't work. We took it back. And they replaced both front washer nozzles with no charge. Wonderful Experience Had an urgent situation with my transmission while out doing errands, and drove directly to the dealership with two dogs in the car. From the guys I encountered in the parking lot who told me to pull into the service bay, to the young woman at the rental counter, to my technician Chase Wells - everyone was extremely helpful and personable without being obsequious. Many employees helped with my large dogs (one mine, one a friend's), who were very excited and therefore a real handful. I apppreciated that so much! The facility is squeaky-clean, with a pleasant waiting area with free coffee, refridgerated bottled water, and t.v. It was also clear that employee morale throughout the business was really great - and that's an indicator, imo, of a thriving, decent business. I highly recommend Youngblood Nissan and look forward to any future dealings with them! More
