Needed a new transmission put in. I brought my 2014 Nissan Altima in due to concerns about the transmission. I had a hunch it was going to need to be completely replaced. I voiced my o I brought my 2014 Nissan Altima in due to concerns about the transmission. I had a hunch it was going to need to be completely replaced. I voiced my opinion, however, it appeared that the problem was just a part within the transmission. I was promptly given a loaner car, as the part would need to be ordered, and I went home. A week later, I received the call that my car was ready. Unfortunately, after driving 2 hours from my home to pick up my car, it would die on me upon putting it in drive. Turns out it wasn't just the one part that malfunctioned, and the whole transmission did, indeed, have to be replaced. I was, once again, given a loaner car, and I drove home to wait another long week. Then, finally, my car was finished, and in good working order. I am extremely happy with the friendliness of everyone I came across at the dealership, and I would recommend the fine service department, with the hardest-working, kindest gentleman I could hope to have taking care of my car. Always consider your client's hunches - maybe save them, and yourselves, time and effort. 😊 Thank you! More
