Service Review Went in for an oil change and rotated tires and took almost 2hrs. They cleaned outside of car on rainy day and I felt that was a waste of time as it wasn’t going to be noticed. I thought could also detail and vaccume inside the car but they didn’t do that. I’ve heard they would take that time and care to do that for you. They could have done that so one could at least understand the wait. They at least validated coupons they had on their website as I got synthetic oil change not a regular. More
