Service Center Quick, friendly and helpful service from beginning to end. I had an appointment for and oil and filter change. The weather was bad as it was snowing and super cold so I was given a coupon for a free car wash. The wait time was not bad at all. I enjoyed the waiting area with a tv to watch and coffee, hot cocoa and yummy snacks including fresh fruit! I will not take my car anywhere else! More

I also worked as both a tech and a service writer for a Ford dealership prior to my m/c career. I have seen my fair share of service depts and how they function. Youngblood’s Nissan did absolutely everything by the book! which both made me happy and excited to have found such a well trained staff. This is the kind of place they make training videos about. From my initial phone call with Chase Well who was my service advisor all the way through the check out process I could not have felt any more comfortable with the service I received. Then on the way out the porter (sorry I didn’t catch his name but he is from Euless TX.) shook my hand and thanked me for coming in and it was heart felt and sincere. I would just like to say thank you Youngblood’s Nissan for giving me hope that all the training and instruction I have given over the years when put to use actually makes a difference and letting experience it first hand. Economic fix I had been to another dealer and had been told that to fix my cars issue would be $1800+. I called Nissan and talked to Andy about my concerns. Andy worked my car in at a time that worked with my schedule. Andy and his Master Tech. Geoff found the same issue but found a way to fix the problem for $125. I am highly pleased with the outcome and recommending this team for their upstanding commentment to helping their customers. Nissan I’m sold!!! More

Daniel is my guy and he neverrrrrr gets off the phone (both when I go in and leave) so everyone else helped me besides him and the few minutes he had were lousy. He told me (the only time he was nice) that he needed a great review!!! I wish I could have given him a better one, but the truth does hurt, doesn’t it? And this is everytime I go in there. They cleaned outside of car on rainy day and I felt that was a waste of time as it wasn’t going to be noticed. I thought could also detail and vaccume inside the car but they didn’t do that. I’ve heard they would take that time and care to do that for you. They could have done that so one could at least understand the wait. They at least validated coupons they had on their website as I got synthetic oil change not a regular. More
