So sorry for the miscommunication regarding the tire rotation. Our standard rule is the first oil change and tire rotation are free when you purchase your vehicle from us. After that, you are responsible for the charges. The only time we rotate tires for free is when you purchase new tires from us, then we rotate the tires for free for the life of those tires. Again, I am very sorry that this was not communicated with you better. If you would reach out to me personally, I would like to take care of your next tire rotation as a way to make up for the miscommunication on our part.
