The men in the Service department was really rude upon arrival. And unprofessional. They left my keys in my car in the parking lot when it was finished. Had me move the car 3 times when I arrived. Taz was great and very friendly to work with. We knew what we wanted going in, so there were no attempts to sell us on something else or talk us into anything. The finance manager was friendly enough but what we wanted going in, so there were no attempts to sell us on something else or talk us into anything. The finance manager was friendly enough but didn't seem to like that we only wanted to run one financier and discuss the exact payment amount before agreeing to purchase, then we declined all the extra warranties and GAP insurance and he clearly just wanted us to be on our way. Overall, this didn't color the experience well, but it was still fairly painless and we got the outcome we wanted. More
