They can 't keep email addresses straight. My son bought a Titan I bought a Rogue. They send his requests to me. This email was sent to my wife. They seem to have a knack for explaining why they can't do repairs. My Rogue had a vibration at thiry five miles per hour, they said it was something in the transmission. But did not fix the problem, and it still vibrates. I have the extended warranty even though it only has 57,500 mile,and it had 37000 when I bought from them. I might not buy another car or truck from them. They have high prices for their service. 116 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a 2:15 appointment, arrived early. Pulled into an empty service bay. One person on the phone. Waited until service advisor came back from lunch I assumed, then as he was checking me in, he was more interested in up grading me to a tire rotation. Then he said I should have a 250 dollar transmission service as it was due at 60,000 miles. More
