I came to Nissan to buy a new car and I was blown away with how amazing the salesman were. James Jones was my dealer and he was wonderful with his sales qualities. Bought a 2011 Nissan Rogue. We'd spent two days in Springfield, test driving and comparing several small SUVs. By the time we arrived at Youngblood, we were tired and felt like we'd been 'run through Springfield, test driving and comparing several small SUVs. By the time we arrived at Youngblood, we were tired and felt like we'd been 'run through the mill'. We were pleasantly surprised when we got there. The entire staff was friendly and not pushy at all. We actually had a GREAT time there! The only reason I gave a 4 rating to the service is when I called to schedule the first oil change, the service department seemed unaware of the fact we received the first year's worth of oil changes for free, as part of our deal. I was told it was just the first one, not the first year, but when they checked with the sales department, they got it straightened out. This is the third vehicle we've purchased through Youngblood (one other was new, one was used, for our son). So, to James, Sean and all the others there, here's a big THANK YOU!!! You guys are the BEST! =) More
Rodney and the team were great. I shopped around for a new Frontier and was able to get a great deal on one at Youngblood. After visiting the Chevrolet dealer I was rather upset by the "Time Share" approach. They would not even talk to me before they pre-qaulified me. When I approached the David at Nissan, he was very willing to show me the vehicle, to make sure I saw all the "bells and whistles". David was not afraid to give me a printout with the price and different terms avaialbe (at the Chevy dealer my printout was taken back when I explainted THREE TIMES that I was not prepared to buy at that time). The vehicle: The Armada was to be my wife's vehicle. She is intimidated with a large vehicle but we needed a tow vehicle for our business trips. The day after my first visit to Youngblood I tbrought my wife to inspect my decision. She fell in love. As she puts it "It's not overwhelming, I don't feel like I'm driving a truck." Never would have thought of a Nissan had it not been for our daughter.... thanks Mindy. More

We had a great experience buying our Nissan. My advice to anyone going to this dealership is buyer beware! I found out just in time how they would be after a sale. If you dare question Adam, the gloves come off, the lambs suit is shed and true co beware! I found out just in time how they would be after a sale. My husband and I were a signature away from buying a new car, when we found that we had been given erroneous information by the salesman. When Adam stepped in, he became combative and arrogant. I can't imagine if I had a problem after a sale that he would have been "helpful". Too bad. Stay away from this dealership. I had read the reviews before going, but talked to the salesman about them and felt that maybe it had been a bit unfair to judge them harshly. Now I know and I hope you will at least be very careful if you do decide to deal with them. Bottom line: I don't trust them to be a partner with me and my new car purchase. More

Youngblood Chrysler Plymouth Nissan, Springfield, Missouri, will be happy to take your money even if their "master mechanic" with thirty years of experience can't find a solution to your problem. They charge by the hour so be prepared, and oh yeah, if you don't have any other vehicle to drive, well, that doesn't matter to Youngblood, it took them four days to "look" at the car and they STILL could not tell what was wrong with it. Solution - called a FORD mechanic and over the phone he figured it out and in the span of four hours two shade tree mechanics had the car running. If you own a Nissan (especially an older USED Nissan that YOU have worked on) don't take it to Youngblood Nissan because they don't like to work on THOSE kinds of cars, BUT they will be happy to take your money anyway. More

I HAVE SEEN THIS DEALERSHIP CHANGE OVER THE PAST 13 YEARS. IN THE PAST THEY HAVE HAD SOME ISSUES WITH EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT, BUT WITH IN THE PAST YEAR THEY HAVE HAD A MAJOR TURN AROUND, NEW EMPLOYEES AND SOME NEW MANAGEMENT. More
