From the first moment I drove onto the lot to "Browse", I was greeted by James Jones. It was freezing cold and really didn't expect a salesperson to greet me. After visiting every other carlot, test-driving,trying to get prices of vehicles without having to give my life history, I returned the following day to my first choice. I was met at the door by James, and was greeted by name. Still just looking.No pressure what so ever. Third visit I brought the Hubby in.Ryan went outside and scraped the ice and warmed the car so we could test drive. Fourth visit I returned "alone" to purchase my 2011 rogue. It was a great experience, no pressure, very professional. This is my second new car purchase from Youngblood. In the future I will skip the torture of visiting all the other dealerships. I am a small business owner and I would not be in business if I did not show my customers that I appreciate them. Thank you! More
