Worked with Sean and Blaine, they are both likeable fellows. Sean went out of his way to help us make the deal and made our experience good. I would recommend this dealership if anyone needs a new or used car. More
My wife and I have been looking for either a preowned or new vehicle for the past 5 months. We looked on line at all car dealers within 100 miles of Springfield, Mo. We went to different dealerships and loo new vehicle for the past 5 months. We looked on line at all car dealers within 100 miles of Springfield, Mo. We went to different dealerships and looked at cars and drove a few. One dealership the sales person was very pushy to the point of us having to ask them to just give us some room to look. Another dealership the sales person came out and hardly had any answers to our questions. At ‘Youngblood Kia’ we visited with a really nice salesman and drove two cars. We then wanted to look at the ‘Youngblood Nissan’ down the road so this salesman offered to drive us there and introduce us to a salesman. We meet Client Advisor, Greg Scott. He was very polite, friendly and professional. Greg worked with us, listened to what we had to say and answered all our questions. We drove two different automobiles. One thing we liked about Greg is that he did not push us toward to higher priced auto. He told us to take some time and talk about our decision. He then walked away so we could do just that without the hard sale pressure. After owning a 1994 Nissan Quest with 218,000 miles on it. We decided that the Nissan Rogue would be our choice. Greg and the others worked with us on price and payments. We purchased the Rogue and are very pleased with how it looks and handles. Two things were part of our decision to purchase the Nissan Rogue. 1) the fact that our previous Nissan lasted for so long with little up keep other then normal things. 2) the salesman, Greg Scott and how he worked with us without trying to just sell an automobile. We really appreciated that Greg (as well as the Kia dealer we met)didn't use unsincere flattery to get us to buy a car, something a lot of dealers do. They treated us with respect and were very forthright. We can't tell you how refreshing that was. We would easily refer our friends and family to him without hesitation. Thank you Nissan and thank you Greg. God Bless, Toney & Kathy V. More
Best time I ever had buying a automotive! That's saying something coming from a 51 year old woman. The sales man Greg Scot was easy going, not overbearing like so many sales people. Greg answered all my something coming from a 51 year old woman. The sales man Greg Scot was easy going, not overbearing like so many sales people. Greg answered all my questions, he was very knowledgeable on all the Nissan autos. He showed all showed me all the bells and whistles. I would like to take sometime to mention the sales manger "Shawn" . He was every where talking to customers, sales people, seemed like he had the show on the road, so to say. Super nice guy and easy to work with. If my little Juke holds the course I'll be back to te dealership for my next purchase! Sincerely, Glee Clubb More

Youngblood preowned salesman, Gene Gibbons, worked with us in finding the right vehicle after I had made the mistake of not getting in the first vehicle I took home and it was my own fault because I had my us in finding the right vehicle after I had made the mistake of not getting in the first vehicle I took home and it was my own fault because I had my grandson with me while his mother had gone over to do paper work at the finance office. The next day, my husband and I took that one back after I called and told Gene the Uplander was not comfortable at all for me. Gene had this KIA Amanti sitting there ready for us to drive. It was a great fit and the payments were better for us. The car was clean and it felt right. The only thing that could have been any better would have been if the payments could have been a little less, but we are planning to pay on this car for a year or so, then we will be returning to Younglood Preowned to trade it in. Gene Gibbons is an awesome guy, and everyone we came in contact with each time we've been in there has been pleasant and friendly. More
The Youngblood staff was GREAT to work with. They had the car we wanted at a price that beat other dealerships in the area. We live in Wichita, KS and drove to Missouri to buy our car. My name is Lisa Floyd. On 12/23/2010, I went to Youngblood Nissan looking for a car. A nice man named Blaine came out and met me and my husband and proceeded to try to find out what we were looking Youngblood Nissan looking for a car. A nice man named Blaine came out and met me and my husband and proceeded to try to find out what we were looking for, and find a car that worked for us. I wanted a program Maxima with all the bells and whistles. Unfortunately, after searching their inventory we discovered there were not any currently at the lot that I liked. Soooo, I went to a different dealer and found a Ford that I liked. The sales team at this other place would not give us a straight answer when we asked my trade in's ACV, or the ACV of the car I liked. We were at the other dealer's lot for a couple of hours and then decided to leave. They asked me to take their car home and "think about it". So I did. The very next morning at 8:00am...which just happened to be Christmas Eve morning, I got a follow up call from Blaine at Youngblood. He said that he promised he would find me the car I wanted if I would please come back over there. I told him about having a Ford in the garage that I was looking at but, I would come over to drive a Maxima before I decided. When we got to Youngblood Nissan, Blaine made sure to introduce us to Sean Mabins the sales manager. He wanted to be sure we got to drive a new version of the Maxima I wanted. I agreed and Sean himself showed us a 2011 loaded Maxima. A very nice man name Greg also helped me understand the basics before we went out. My husband and I drove it and Loved it! However, we needed to be convinced to buy a new car instead of a used one, and we needed to get a good price for my trade in. I explained to Sean why we had not actually purchased the Ford the day before...the manager at the other dealership would not give us a straight answer. I told them that my husband did not like the "difference" figure or payment approach. Sean, the Youngblood Nissan manager, said he would show us the figures on the car and would give us exactly what we wanted...the ACV on both the new car and my trade in, which he proceeded to do. We really respected him and appreciated him for that...NO GAMES!!! He gave us a terrific deal on my new car and put it inside to protect it from the coming ice and snow and to detail it for a Monday morning delivery. It was Christmas Eve and we needed to go.I also needed to return the Ford to the other dealership....smile The guys at Nissan still had to deal on my trade in, but Monday morning, the team gave me a decent offer...I felt my car was worth $500 more than that and I asked for the extra $500. Sean and Ryan went to work trying to call around for quotes on my car to allow the extra $500. It went well and we had a deal. I must also mention Warren Decker here. He was assisting Blaine with our sale, because Blaine was fairly new to the team. Warren went over all the details of the car with us and even came to our house, on his day off by the way, to explain the phone system again. He even linked my remote control garage door opener up for me. One more thing...Because of the attitudes of these fine men, and Warren and Blaine giving us a tour of Youngblood, we took my husband's Infiniti in that next week for it's 60,000 mile check up. Keith Johnson in the service department was awesome! We saved several hundred dollars having Youngblood's team do that for us. We also had Randy's car detailed there and it came out Beautifully! Again, all these men were terrific! But please know that if Blaine had not called me back, and Sean had not been the awesome guy he is,and delt with us the way he did...we would not be the Thrilled New Maxima owners that we are! We could not be happier...with our New Car or the wonderful team at Youngblood Nissan in Springfield! Thanks so much guys!!!!! We love ya! Sincerely, Lisa and Randy Floyd More
I have dealt with many salesmen during my search for a vehicle. I have found most are only interested in the hard sell. Jim was very helpful and easy to deal with.
