One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I had been looking on line and new what I wanted, but first I wanted to test drive an Altima. I took one for a spin with Gene Gibbons. I told him that's all I wanted to do today that I would be buying within a month. It was a great car I loved it. The first used car I ever saw with a receipt of every oil change the car had ever had - all done at 3,000 miles (all from Youngblood). Without any pressure or hassles Gene said lets just check out the numbers. It was within my budget. Two hours later I was driving the car home. I had purchased a car before at Youngblood. I will again. I asked Gene for a few cards which I will certainly give out with a great endorsement. A couple days later I got a Thank you call from one of the owners - a very nice touch. Thanks to all at Youngblood. More
We had driven several cars /several makes over the last few months. Not that we were anxious to buy, but we weren't finding anything we liked and no salesmen seemed really interested in helping us. We were initially interested in the Murano-but they were too much. David Lambert replied to our email and asked us to come check out a Murano. He seemed geniunely interested in our wants/needs. He asks appropriate questions and took notes. He was personable-but not pushy. Just right. It was extremely cold that day and he didn't mind standing out there with us while we made up our mind. He was great and patient. THe signing of paperwork by Brad Gideon (sp?) seemed a little disorganized, I think he was new to the process because we've had to go back a couple times to sign more/new forms. No big deal, but he seemed a little unsure of what he was doing. Overall great experience. After we bought the car David took the time to again explain to me all the bells and whistles. Kudos to David. More

James Jones, our salesman, explained the features, options, and benefits of the car in a friendly and non-pushy demeanor. He answered our questions about the car, and after we purchased it, he showed us how to operate all the features of the automobile. He was so personable and always had a smile on his face showing he enjoyed his job. Sean, the sales manager, explained the discounts, rebates, and financing options available if we were to buy the car; and even though we were on opposite sides of the bargaining table we were able to arrive at a mutually acceptable price and still be friends. Steven, our finance manager, explained the forms before we signed them and made it easy to process the paperwork. You have a great crew working for you. We would reccomend that anyone interested in purchasing a new Nissan would benefit from talking with these three employees. More

I stopped in to Youngblood just to check out what kind of new cars they had on there lot. I told my husband that I planned on looking around and was interested in trading my 2007 Nissan Altima for a new 201 new cars they had on there lot. I told my husband that I planned on looking around and was interested in trading my 2007 Nissan Altima for a new 2010 or 2011. It was a cold December morning and all the sales people were hanging out inside the door. It kind of reminded me of the show "Men of a Certain Age". I happened to get the "new" guy (his first day at this dealership). It made we wonder if they just pushed him out since I am a female. Well, was I ever glad I got the new guy, Jim Tannehill. I really wasn't planning on purchasing, I was just going to look. I left that day with a new 2011 Altima and made all the decisions myself. Jim was great - even if I did have to show him how to start the car! The sales manager Sean Mabins is also a fantastic guy and has an excellent personality. WOMEN if you are interested in buying a new car and want someone to be straight with you, go to JIM TANNEHILL at Youngblood Nissan in Springfield, Missouri and tell him the retired math teacher sent you!
