On my first visit, he was very helpful, but the lot didn’t have the car I wanted. I told him exactly what I was looking for and asked for a call on the chance they got it in. The very next night, I got a call from Jim saying they had just received my perfect vehicle on a trade, and it was going on the lot the next morning. I was at the dealership before noon, and Jim was right. . .right down to the exterior color, interior, price and mileage. Before I was even out of my old car, I knew that vehicle was mine! Jim was off that day, and I had the pleasure of working with JC and Richard. The following day, I worked with Tony (awesome) in finance to get everything done and signed. After determining that I was indeed going to buy a Rogue, I decided that the red one was the one for me. Unfortunately, the only red one on the lot with the options that I wanted was buried behind snow pile I decided that the red one was the one for me. Unfortunately, the only red one on the lot with the options that I wanted was buried behind snow piles from where they had scraped the lot. Six men, including one of the managers, took shovels and in about 15 minutes had manually dug out my car for me. Then they took it into the shop and cleaned it up, filled it with gas. Because I was alone and would have to wait for the next day to get my sister to help me take my new car home, Mr Brice followed me home with the new car so I wouldn't have to wait to enjoy it. I would highly recommend Youngblood Agency. More
