Excellent, friendly staff. They were very patient and let me drive several cars. They were concerned that I was happy with my decision and did not push me to choose a car that did not meet my needs. They went out of their way to go to the new car store and got a brochure that pertained to a car I was interested in. The finance was quick and easy. The car was clean and 100% full of gas. I have given the ratings above because I purchased a new 2011 Nissan Sentra from Youngblood Nissan and they did everything in there power to help me and my wife get financed for the car loan and stay within 2011 Nissan Sentra from Youngblood Nissan and they did everything in there power to help me and my wife get financed for the car loan and stay within our monthly budget. The sales manager Sean Mabins went as far as to eat more of the cost of the car just to make the deal go through and that is after he got more on my trade and extended all available cash back deals. The sales person I worked with Greg Scott was excellent and helpful as well. Steve Snodgrass was great as well with the financial part of the deal and everyone was very patient with me and my wife. There was no rushing us through the deal. There was no lying or pressuring either. Overall this was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. More
I was searching for a new Nissain Juke and could not find a automatic. I went up there to check out a white one. Everyone was nice I only had two complaints. The first one was we weren't offered anything to drink which I thought that was rude. My little 3yr was begging for a drink, and the machine was broken. I finally said if they would get him a drink I would buy the car. The second was the would not go down on the price more than $250. Our overall experience was good though. They were not up in your face the whole time and gave you breathing room, and we liked that. They even took the car off the lot for the time it took us to drive up there so that it wouldn't be sold. We had a 2yr drive so that was great. More
We previously owned a Nissan Pathfinder, we stoped by Youngblood to pick up a wiper blade for the back window. While I was waiting in the car I was approched by someone who worked there wondering if I ne Youngblood to pick up a wiper blade for the back window. While I was waiting in the car I was approched by someone who worked there wondering if I needed anything. I told him I was waiting for my husband, he then took my vin # to make sure there were no outstanding recalls. I was so impressed, when my husband returned I told him the story. We decided if we ever purchased a new vechicle we would for sure go to Youngblood. We came back a few months later and Eric helped us purchase a 2011 Nissan Rouge. He was great and so was everyone we had to deal with during the process. We highly recommend Youngblood! And be sure to ask for Eric Harleman! More
Honestly, I have rated this dealership highly due explicitly to the hard work of Warren Decker. I visited the lot on a Saturday and was approached by another rep. I test drove the vehicle and told th explicitly to the hard work of Warren Decker. I visited the lot on a Saturday and was approached by another rep. I test drove the vehicle and told the rep to provide some prices as I was narrowing down vehicles that day. I mentioned that I would buy within a week. During the next week, I got marketing solicitations with very little of what I had asked for. I repeatedly replied that I was making a decision and needed pricing. It was not forthcoming so I dismissed this dealership. The night before I was to travel to another dealership to make a purchase, I was scanning the Youngblood site and the online chat window popped up. I decided to vent and tell my story. Within 20 minutes Warren emailed me (my requested mode of contact) and apologized for the service I had received and asked for an opportunity. I gave him one and he went to work. Warren stayed until midnight working me a quote then got to the dealership before 8 am to get with the sales manager. I was still planning to travel to the other dealership when Warren's hard work paid off with a very attractive price so I met him that morning to pull the trigger. Long story short, we cut a deal on a vehicle that I am extremely satisfied with. Had it not been for Warren, I would have dismissed this dealership permanently. It was one heckuva comeback. The follow up at the dealership with other personnel was friendly and efficient. They redeemed themselves in my mind and I will write the previous ineptitude off as a fluke. I would buy from this dealership again due to Warren Decker's customer service. More
