There are not enough words to express how pleased my husband and I were with our experience with Youngblood Nissan. Where to begin..when we drove onto the lot we were able to look at all the vehicles without being mobbed by sales people, our sales person, Marcus Rolle greeted us and was friendly and pleasant with a great sense of humor. At no time did we feel pressured or pushed into making a purchase, we collected all the facts which Marcus had readily available, returned home, slept on it over night and went back the next day. We are retired military and on a fixed income so this was a big decision for us, Marcus and his manager, Sean Mabins made every effort to make this a pleasant experience and as stress free as possible. They helped us to get the best financing possible and all with a smile and tremendous courtesy and respect. They don't make a rating high enough to express our happiness with our experience at Youngblood Nissan, from Marcus, our salesperson, his manager, Sean Mabins and all the way to the finance guy..Tony. I love my Rogue!! Youngblood, Nissan.....WHAT A PLACE!!!!! More
I've owned a Nissan from Youngblood since 1993 for many reasons: The staff: All of the employees go out of their way to make sure I'm not only satisfied with my car leases/purchases, but even going to reasons: The staff: All of the employees go out of their way to make sure I'm not only satisfied with my car leases/purchases, but even going to so far as to make what time I spend at the Dealership an awesome experience. Everyone from the Information Desk to the Sales Manager smile and have positive attitudes. During my latest purchase, Sean Mabins (Manager) and TJ Brice (Sales) went above and beyond to make sure I was not only happy, but got me the best price I could. Obviously, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I'm always offered water/coffee/tea and the snack vending machines are well stocked and inexpensively priced. The waiting area is very clean, comfortable, and provides everything I need while I wait (which is never very long). The prices are just as (if not more) competitive than any online deals and the free services that are included with the vehicle are fantastic (one year of free oil changes and tire rotations, as well as Service Department discounts). The prices of their typical services are almost always competitive with other local garages, and I feel good knowing they're trained specifically for my car. Overall, you can not go wrong buying or leasing a car from Youngblood Auto. I have no problems recommending them and am confident that other people will feel the same way as me. More

My experience with Youngblood sales has been great, their service people are great too. Nobody tried to high pressure sell me or try to sell me something that I didn't want. I was leery going there because I had read older reviews from people that said their experience with sales was very bad. I didn't see this, the only thing I would change is how long it takes to go through the process after you've accepted the deal they found. This is nothing against the dealership I've had this every time I've bought a new car but it takes hours to get the car ready, fill out all the paperwork and complete the whole sale process. More

The salesman and staff were all friendly and helpful, but not pushy. I needed a reasonably priced used car, and he found one. The experience I had with my salesperson was great. Glenn was very friendly and seemed eager to earn my business. I had to wait a LOOOOOONG time do the closing paperwork, but Brad the "loan closer" was friendly, too. The paperwork experience was a little hairy (in fact, we're STILL doing paperwork almost a full month later). My complaint is about the service department. I was promised by the manager that an iPod cord would be overnighted to me: it was not. I was promised that I would be called as soon as my backup sensors and spare key arrived, and I am STILL waiting on them to call. Long story short, my salesman was great, my "loan closer" was pretty darn good, too, but the service department that was supposed to handle my accessory purchases SUCKS! More
These guys are the best. I am a single older lady,and this could have been a very difficult ordeal. I was treated with curtisy and respect. They provided me with figures with no pressure.
