My husband and I had been just looking for a car, new or used since May 2011. We wanted to purchase a car the end of August or September. We had visited a dealership in Joplin, and were not satified and didn't trust the salesman, just from some looks and comments that were made. We began to shop on the internet. My husband began a conversation with Justin over the internet, responding to questions that we had. When we arrived at Youngblood Dealership in Springfield, on our way to Branson, my husband asked for Justin. The friendly young man went to get him right away. Justin began showing us any car we wanted to look at. He even took us over to the KIA car lot since we were also interested in purchasing a KIA. The car we drove over in was a 2011 Nissan Altima, which we really liked. After looking at several cars, I asked what kind of deal they would make with us on the one we were in. Justin took us back to the office and his manager offered us a really good deal. They knew we were in a rush to get on our way to Branson to celebrate our anniversary, so they worked very quicklly to get the paper work completed more quickly than usual. They were extremely friendly and were not pushy in any way. We appreciate them being respectful of our time and money. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Awesome!..Just an awesome experience. I had always wanted a Nissan Altima, but figured it was out of my price range. So I was out day dreaming in the lot..looking at my dream car, when a man with a smile gre a Nissan Altima, but figured it was out of my price range. So I was out day dreaming in the lot..looking at my dream car, when a man with a smile greeted me. This is when I first met this great guy Marcus Rolle. We looked and talked and I asked a million questions. It seemed he wanted me to be as happy with my new vehicle as I wanted to be. So after enjoying his company out in that extreme heat we had been/still are having, he wanted me to come inside cool off, made me coffee and brought me water. I thought, Wow, this is great service! While I was inside I got to meet up with a couple of other wonderful people, I was introduced by Marcus to Mr. Randy Pase and Mr. Sean Mabins. They all began their magic on getting me into this car I didn't possibly expect I could afford...But guess what, I could afford it,they went over everything with me to make sure I understood everything I was so very comfortable..there was no pressure! It has been a little over a month now, and I still get excited when I walk up to my Brand New "never thought I would have" 2011 Nissan Altima...and for the great customer service I got that day, I will be forever thankful!! I feel like a part of the Youngblood Family, and guess I am, come to think of it! They have great staff everywhere you turn, so you can't make a mistake. It just so happens the gentlemen who made my day was Mr. Marcus Rolle, Mr. Randy Pase, and Mr. Sean Mabins!...Thank you all so much, it was a pleasure... "What a Place!!"..that is so true. More

Greg and Sean made it impossible not to want to shop with Youngblood Nissan. What started as a trip to the dealership to seek information on used vehicles turned into the easiest, most relaxed purchase exper Youngblood Nissan. What started as a trip to the dealership to seek information on used vehicles turned into the easiest, most relaxed purchase experience I have ever had, which ultimately led to me leaving with a much nicer vehicle than I envisioned. What made it so easy? Greg's infectious and positive personality and knowledge of the vehicles on the lot opened me up to the idea of a new car. Within minutes he had me taking a test drive, and by morning I was prepared to purchase - if I got the right deal for me. During the negotiation I found myself working with Greg, and introduced to the sales manager Sean, whose desire to exceed expectations were obvious with every interaction. By the end of the day Greg and Sean had met every wish I needed in order to sign the dotted line, and I did so with ease of mind and a loaded new Altima. More

I wasn't planning to buy a vehicle the day I stopped in, we were just comparison shopping and trying to decide what vehicle we would like to buy to replace my current car. I not only bought a car I wasn't even looking at, but the Nissan Juke I drove home that day is perfect, exactly what I wanted with all of the options that I wanted. Sean and Marcus have gone out of their way to insure that I was a satisfied customer, follow up calls to make sure everything was going ok, offering bottles of cold water to not only my husband and myself, but to my son and his family that stopped by to look at the Juke I was buying. I would definitely recommend Marcus and Sean for any vehicle purchase you are planning. More
From the moment we walked on the lot, TJ was there to greet us. At that point he had been with Youngbloods 1 hour. We told him what we had in mind for the day and he never stopped trying to make those greet us. At that point he had been with Youngbloods 1 hour. We worked with him for 8 1/2 hours that day and he was able to get us into 2 cars just as we had asked. He never stopped trying, even when some of the others were saying it wasn't going to happen. Plus TJ has a great attitude and will serve Youngbloods well. Curtis, one of the managers, also worked very hard with TJ to find us cars that would work within or perameters. We had bought a Versa 2 years ago from Youngbloods and were very pleased with how we were helped and treated then. That is why we came back and we will come back again. We were "burned" a few years ago by BIG LOTS, like so many others, and will never give them any business again. Youngbloods is the dealership we recommend to all our friends. Customer service is key.
