Scott Dasal was my almost salesman. I made offer on a 2008 Nissan Armada and he accepted. He promised on a Thursday to hold vehicle back until I could get there to pay for it on Saturday.... he sold to 2008 Nissan Armada and he accepted. He promised on a Thursday to hold vehicle back until I could get there to pay for it on Saturday.... he sold to another customer while I was on my way there! Talked to him on a Friday evening and all was a go - no need for hold deposit asked for...nothing! He was holding vehicle as sold to me....sends me an email on Saturday saying he sold it to someone else... no courtesy call...nothing!!! More

Our experience with the finance guy Scott was not so pleasant. He was very agitated that he had to process our paperwork and was not friendly at all. We were paying cash for the vehicle so there was less than 5 minutes of paperwork that needed to be done. We were in a hurry as we had an appointment and he was very upset that he even had to deal with us. He made the comment "You can't purchase a $30,000 vehicle in 3 minutes!" We had been over at the internet lot for over an hour and we were told he was aware that we were coming over and would be ready for us. Needless to say, the car purchase was amazing and I am rating as great but the finance part almost made us walk away from this dealership. More
Our experience was in service. The service advisor was Andy Burkemper. Andy is caring, friendly and gave timely advice to updates needed to keep our pickup in top running order and at no time pressured to have unnecessary service. He and all the advisors seemed to go out of their way to provide the best customer service. I highly recommend Youngblood Nissan service department. More
I purchased a 2011 Versa earlier this year and, unfortunately, was involved in a crash where the car was totaled. The service I received from this dealership was outstanding and, the 2nd time arou unfortunately, was involved in a crash where the car was totaled. The service I received from this dealership was outstanding and, the 2nd time around, it was even better. I purchased a 2011 Sentra and love it. Not only am I now a Nissan fan (the Versa saved my life in that crash), but would highly recommend Sean Mabins and his staff at Youngblood Nissan. They were the best! More

Andy called to update me on the status and address any other service or product concerns that I might have. Youngblood also insured that I got to work on time - which was extremely important for me on 8/26/11 due to previsouly scheduled appointments. Andy, the Service Staff (including the Youngblood driver who got me to work on time) were FANTASTIC! I purchased my 2010 new Murano at Youngblood and received excellent customer service from the Sales staff. Andy and the Service Department Staff have demonstrated that EXCELLENT Customer Service is part of the Youngblood experience. I will definately recommend Youngblood to other potential customers both for Service and for a new vehicle purchase. More
I recently purchased a new 2011 Murano LE from the fine folks at Youngblood Nissan. I worked with Michael Rea and Sean Mabins. When I was first approached on the lot by Michael Rea I was concerned as he wa folks at Youngblood Nissan. I worked with Michael Rea and Sean Mabins. When I was first approached on the lot by Michael Rea I was concerned as he was wearing a Notre Dame "Fighting Irish" tie. This clearly shows a lack of judgment and could lead one to conclude, like his favorite team, he must be a looser. Turns out Michael is a great guy who feels like part of your family...you know that cousin that only calls when he needs something. We had a great visit and Michael did a great job of showing me the car. He really went out of his way on the test drive pointing out features for me to focus on while he hit on my girlfriend. Back at the dealership I was introduced to the Sales Manager, Sean Mabins. Sean is an energetic guy with a great smile and dreadlocks. I introduced myself, shook his hand and then double checked my back pocket to make sure my wallet had not been lifted. Sean was great and together with Michael really made me feel welcome. Later I worked with the finance manager, Coon. I don't really think that is how he spells his name but he is Asian and my computer don't have them kind of letters for me to pick from. Anyway, Coon Lee was a great guy that I trusted so much I let him talk me into maintenance plan on a car that I was just told by Michael never breaks down. Some how that just don't add up but I liked Coon Lee so much I just couldn't say no. From start to finish it was a great experience. Not only did I leave with an awesome new car but I made new friends as well. The whole team really went out of their way to make me comfortable. Sean bought lunch and I learned two people could eat in Springfield for $4.26. As for Michael Rea he continues to provide service after the sale. He an my ex-girlfriend are going for a couples massage next weekend. In all seriousness they guys are amazing. No doubt I will be back to Youngblood Nissan to purchase my next Nissan. Probably wont take my girlfriend with me though! More
