My son had only five days of leave for Christmas. He had problems with his Sentra and had to have it ready to drive 1200 miles back to base in North Carolina. Andy worked the schedule to get my son's car in that day. He actually had a man literally waiting to start on the car as soon as we could get it to the dealership. They had the problems taken care of the next morning. I can't begin to express how much this meant to me and my family. It seems a little thing to try to get the job done quickly. But this is my only son, we have just a very few days during the entire Christmas season to spend together. He will be in Afghanistan just four months. Every minute together is more precious than diamonds or gold. This dealership and Andy personally took the time to listen to our situation and made sure--not just if it worked out, BUT MAKE IT HAPPEN!!!--my son's car had a man waiting for him to get there. My son and all our men and women in the military serve our country--that means us--every man, woman and child--and sometimes die for us!!!!!!!!!! To my family, to me, it literally takes my breath and no words can completely express our thanks. They helped him and made one of OUR service men know that his sacrifice is recognized and appreciated. Freedom is not free. Someone has to do all the hard things that gives the rest of us AMERICA!!!!!!! This dealership did not do business. They took care of one of America's protectors. They did it quietly, with dignity and didn't make my son feel like some kind of charity case. BUT THEY DID IT IN A WAY THAT WAS CLEAR TO ME, THEY WERE GOING TO GET IT DONE AND NOTHING WAS GOING TO INTERFERE WITH OR STOP THEM FROM GETTING IT DONE. Youngblood had both what I needed and what I wanted (two separate things). They also came within my budget and gave me an interest rate that even my credit union could not beat. We had a very good experience at Youngblood. The staff was friendly, acted like they really wanted to help us, and respected our time. We handled a lot of the purchase over the phone, so when we went in was friendly, acted like they really wanted to help us, and respected our time. Bobby(our salesman) listened to us and found what we were looking for and what we could afford. We also didn't feel pressured to buy stuff we didn't need during the finance process. A day after getting my car home from Youngblood, I noticed there was a display message saying that Service D was 8 days past due (above the odometer). I mentioned this to Brad when he emailed me askin noticed there was a display message saying that Service D was 8 days past due (above the odometer). I mentioned this to Brad when he emailed me asking how things were going and I never heard back. Yesterday morning I moved out from my garage and noticed a big oil spill on the floor, so took it to my mechanic. He did the service; that was being requested by the vehicle and found the bolt that secures the oil in the oil pan was not threaded right. Seems like two things that should have been taken care of when the vehicle was gone over? Guess I should be thankful that this only cost me an additional $175 (went ahead and did an oil change). Brad did a good job in this transaction, but not real sure how competent the service staff is? More
