Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The questions I had about the fuel I felt were a little passed over in order for me to purchase the car. When I asked about the Juke he told me that premium was recommended but I could use regular, so looking at the manual when I got home I found out that if I did not use premium it would void the warranty. With the turbo charger in the car and other features I was pretty sure that it would need that before I bought it. I already loved the car after I test drove it so I was going to buy anyhow. Still very satisfied the car, getting great mileage, handles great, have to set cruise control to stay out of trouble!! Will use the dealership and would refer. More
I have bought a lot of cars over the years, new and used, and this had to be the best and easiest car buying experience we have ever had. We had actually just come from a different dealership in town, and they were really trying the hard sell with pressure to drive the car home and the sales manager had attitude because we said we were going to think about it,(we actually asked about a certain car and was told they didn't have any, and as we left the lot, we saw 4 of them parked at the far end...they didn't even know their inventory). My husband was on the line between 2 cars there, I told him to try the Nissan Versa (I drive a Nissan Xterra, and I LOVE it)before we left town. We were looking for really good fuel economy at a reasonable price, as he drives 100 miles a day. He drove this car about 4 blocks, and said this is the one (at 38 mpg). The staff at Youngblood Nissan was beyond friendly and helpful, there was no pressure or the "we've spent 30 minutes with you, so you have to buy a car here" attitude. They knew we were in a hurry, as my husband had to go to work that evening, and the finance guy was great, he didn't give us a bunch of mumbo jumbo, he shot straight from the hip, told us the high points of what needed explained, signed a few papers and we were out the door with a great new car. I liked the fact that even the sales MANAGERS were friendly, as well as the salesmen. I've never bought a car from the same place twice, EVER, but I will DEFINITELY go back to Youngblood Nissan when we get ready to buy a another vehicle. Now I know what they mean by "WHAT A PLACE", it really is! Thanks to all the salesmen that made this experience so easy, because of you, we will be back! More

I couldn't get my HomeLink to link with my garage door opener so on the third day I took the Altima to Nissan service and the technician found a faulty fuse. It was replace and when I got home I got my garage door to sync. More
I have had other dealings with the Youngblood dealership in the past that were horrible! I had vowed I would NEVER buy from them again, but this experience has totally changed my mind. Steve Ross was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with when purchasing a car. He actually CARED about me as a person, Mom, etc., and took my feelings and financial situation into consideration. Brad Gideon, in the finance department, worked wonders with getting me the best percentage rate and best deal around. They both were very professional and courteous. I couldn't be HAPPIER with this whole experience!! I have actually told so many people this past weekend of my positive experience, that I hope these two gentlemen will benefit from them coming in and buying new or used vehicles in the near future. I bought my Nissan Frontier new from Youngblood Nissan in Springfield August of 2007. I have been so happy with this truck. about three weeks ago I noticed a shifting jerk in the truck so I took it to the service department at Younblood's. They had one of their technicians test drive and evaluate what was causing the problem. He was up front with me and checked everything when we got back and it was my transmission. My truck only had 85,000 miles but was out of warranty. I was disappointed this happened right when my warranty was up and low mileage. I bought Nissan for its reputation. They told me call and make a case for assistance and the regional didn't come through for me saying I didn't get all of my service done at dealership and maintenance flushes. I live in Branson which is 45 minutes away from Springfield and working 3 jobs I couldn't spend half a day to bring it to the dealership. My son was diagnosed with autism and My wife and I had to give him extra doctor visits, specialist and medication that insurance would not pay for. With my hands tied the dealership Shawn and Lucas took the matters in their hands. They looked over my situation and the fact of standing behind their product of Nissan being one of the most well made vehicles. They helped get my truck fixed and bent over backwards for me in the crisis I was in. I can't say enough and have never been treated better as a customer in all of my life. They are first class and I would definetly recommend or put 5 stars towards Lucas Walker (Client Advisor) for his professional, friendly and dedicated work!!! I hope I can spread the word to everyone to do business with Youngblood Nissan!!! More

They took care of all my concerns and assisted throughout the process. They really work with you and value each customer. Overall - Service is excellent and I would definately recommend eveyone to shop with them, if you're looking for good car + value + service. Going to get my extended warranty too (custom care)from them and hope they have a good offering in that area thru' 3rd party and continue to exceed customer's expectations (as mentioned literally on everyone's desk)......5 Stars to the whole team and specially to Steve Bouton. Just bought our new Nissan armada and wanted to share our experience. I have to say I don't usually enjoy new car shopping but this purchase made me wonder why it sometimes has to be so hard. Our sales person was TJ Brice i would recommend visiting him to see how buying a new car should be done. He Is very professional and sincere. We were never pressured, TJ was patient while we drove and found the suv for us. It was getting late so we didn't purchase it that day. Surprisingly we weren't chased to our car saying you have to buy now. We were thanked for coming in and told he would love the opportunity to help in anyway he could. We left and within an hour I had an email thanking us for our visit and a call this morning asking if we had any questions. That's the way it should be done Thanks Youngblood Jeff Fahrlander More
