This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had - if not THE best. Scott was an outstanding salesperson and not once applied perssure to buy. He was informative and extremely helpful. He was there to answer questions and pointout the good and the bad points in the car we were considering. We asked Scott if we could put the car up on the rack to look at the uderside and even though he had never been asked to do that before, he did not hesitate to find out if that was allowed and within 20 minutes the car was up on the rack. The price of the car was fair. We asked for a couple of minor additions that were accepted quickly. I was very pleased with the experience and will recommend to anyone I know that is looking for a used car. More
We found Greg to be very personable and concerned to help get us into the right car for us. Greg made our experience very pleasant. One gentleman researched possible financing for me and found the very best deal. The salesman, Tim, showed me all the amenities of the car and explained why it would be beneficial for me to purchase this car as opposed to driving the car I had. The person who helped me sign the papers was knowledgeable, fast, and accurate. I thought the company was generous with their benefits, and I am very pleased with the service at Youngblood. When I trade the car in I will return to Youngblood. More
We visited with several dealerships in the area prior to my making a decision to purchase a new vehicle. From the moment that we stepped on Youngblood lot, and met David Lambert, we felt welcomed and heard my making a decision to purchase a new vehicle. David was aware that I was in the process of comparing different makes and models of SUV's at various dealerships, yet at no time did he pressure me to focus on one particular vehicle and to "hop in for a ride". He walked with me around the lot as I compared body styles, colors, features, and pricing. He addressed my questions which helped me to rationalize the value of my final decision. Many dealerships are interested in the sale and not the needs of the person. As a Business Director, I am constantly analyzing the best alternative. I provided David and Scott Dasal with details on where I felt I needed to comfortably be that would be fair for everyone, and they listened. In the 20 years that I have been buying cars I have never had a sales team provide me with terms that met my needs during the first presentation, let alone a sales manager who would take the time to sit down and discuss any questions that I had. The experience after that was equally as outstanding. From start to finish we were at the dealership for a few hours and it didn't feel like that. We were welcomed by everyone that we came in contact with, especially Steve Ross a fellow NY Giants/NY Yankees fan! When I met with Scott Searle I fully expected the "finance sales pitch". While he did show me several offerings that would benefit me, he never once tried to convince me to buy. He did however answer my questions which later led to my decision to move forward. Scott continued to be professional and attentive which is important when making such a large purchase. From start to finish I rate the overall experience as exceptional. Their website indicated a special program that was 0% + $500 rebate which was surprising to me because there is usually no rebate with 0% financing. During the negotiations, they indicated that I did not q $500 rebate which was surprising to me because there is usually no rebate with 0% financing. During the negotiations, they indicated that I did not qualify for the rebate if I did the 0% financing. I then showed them the website and they were surprised that it did indeed say 0% + $500. They tried to call some people to confirm but were unable to get hold of anyone since it was after 5pm. They told me that they would call me the next day to let me know if I was to get the $500 or not. Now, they could have lied to me and kept the $500 and I doubt that I would have ever known. But they called the next day and told me that they were able to confirm that I did indeed qualify for the $500. I'm not sure other dealerships would have done the same thing. This is the second time that I have made a purchase at this dealership and will continue to go back to them in the future. More

Ben Jellison definitely helped in answering my questions and finding answers to those that he didn't know immediately. Not sure of the correct spelling of the guy who helped with the financing but he took the time to explain every question asked and not every portion that wasn't understood. Even the sales manger (Rory) made it a good environment to be in. Outstanding job overall and greatly appreciate the ease/friendliness of the dealership. More
I was at the "looking" stage for a new car, having checked the internet and Consumers Reports for good deals. Steve and I spoke over the phone, and emailed each other. Steve was 100% gentleman. He opened car doors, introduced me to everyone, and put no pressure on me. He took the time to get to know me, my budget contraints, and taste in cars. All it took was two test drives, and I was hooked. I bought a 2012 Nissan Sentra, and LOVE IT! Steve is absolutely an asset to Youngblood Motors. He deserves a bonus and a raise. Everything about this experience was superb! More
