It was one of the best care buying experiences I have ever had. No pressure to buy at all. Tim Schlobohm worked with us and was able to get us a great deal on a new Nissan for my wife. We came on a rainy day to get away from "pushy salesmen", only to find that our salesman, Greg Scott, was more than happy to let us look freely. When we were ready he took us inside the garage to salesmen", only to find that our salesman, Greg Scott, was more than happy to let us look freely. When we were ready he took us inside the garage to stay dry while he brought the SUV we wanted to see. Now let me just say that this man went out in the pouring rain 3 times! He explained each vehicle,in detail, and when we still couldn't decide on an SUV or a car, he took us inside to comfortably sit and talk. He gave us the time we needed and then came back and asked us which vehicle we liked best and he'd have Scott write us up a proposal and do a credit app. These two men took great care of us through this whole process and seeing it was Saturday, allowed us to take the SUV home for the rest of the weekend. We come back Monday and was greated by Greg who walked us through the first step, again, answering all of our questions. Scott showed us the proposal and we finished up and went to final financing. From there Greg gave us a tour of where our SUV would be serviced and then showed us how everything worked on the inside of our vehicle. He even took the time to set up our 2 cell phones into the bluetooth. We were very pleased with the special consideration Greg gave us. We highly recommend this dealership and especially these two salesman, Greg and Scott, that helped us make the right purchase for our family. More

My 2006 Nissan Titan had run out of fuel. It was towed to Youngblood's. I was unaware of three recalls on my Titan. One of them was related to the fuel system. Two of the recalls were completed and the servi Youngblood's. I was unaware of three recalls on my Titan. One of them was related to the fuel system. Two of the recalls were completed and the service department called me and told me my truck still would not run. They wanted to know if I wanted a diagnostic done on my truck. Guess which recall had not been completed at the time of this phone call, you guesssed it, the fueld system!! I advised them to perform the last recall and call me back. When they called me back my truck worked fine. I had foiled their attempt to milk money out of me for an unneeded diagnostic! When I went to pick up the truck I knew I would be paying for some fuel. I was charged $20.00 for fuel. After I settled my bill I went out to my truck, The gas gauge was on EMPTY! They had only added a few miles to the odometer. The gauge was so low I was afraid I would not make it half a block to the service station north of the dealership. I filed a formal complaint with Nissan and never heard a word out of this dealership or corporate Nissan! I would recommend Nissan as a vehicle, I would NOT recommend this dealership for anything! We actually went to look at a used vehicle while our daughters car was being serviced. However Scott came out while we were looking at a Rogue (new)-he is the same salesman that sold our daughter her ca daughters car was being serviced. He then brought over TJ to show us more of the Rogue. Very informative. Answered all our questions. And instead of buying a used Rogue-we bought a 2012 Rogue. We are pleased with it. Pleased witht he service. For the most part kept us within our budget. The process took a little longer then I had hoped and the car detailing took a lot longer then I had hoed, but overall we are satisfied and will strongly advise family/friends/co-workers to go to Youngblood. All the staff was vey nice, informative, friendly, professionals. More
