Wife and I completed an application online to purchase a preowned car to replace our other vehicle that was wearing thin. Our experience there was fast, friendly, extremely helpful, and we will be dealing with no other dealership but Youngblood and Rich in the future. This was the absolute BEST buying experience I've ever had, without a doubt! Every person I dealt with from entering the lot through finance was very down to earth, friendly, understanding and knowledgabl had, without a doubt! Honestly, if there hadn't been paperwork involved, it would've felt like I was just hanging out with old friends for the day. I've worked in sales and have several close friends who work in sales, so I can tell the difference between someone who is just putting on an act to make a sale and someone who truly wants to work in your best interest regardless of whether they make the sale or not. That was definitely one of the factors that sent me home with my new Nissan Rogue! Really don't have to say much, my wife and I have owned 12 Nissans/Datsuns, the first one being a 1600 Datsun Roadster. In the past 3years we have purchased an 09 Altima Sedan, 010 Altima Sedan, 010 Sentra 12 Nissans/Datsuns, the first one being a 1600 Datsun Roadster. In the past 3years we have purchased an 09 Altima Sedan, 010 Altima Sedan, 010 Sentra, 010 Rouge and 012 Altima Coupe and have just purchased an 012 Pathfinder all from John Youngblood Nissan. We are now driving the 012 Coupe and 012 Patfinder. We have had excellent sales, finance help and service, the only thing I could say is they should be paying us for all of the rolling advertising over the past 30 years. We have owned a 1600 Datsun, 1200 Datsun, 310 Datsun, Nissan Truck, 200SX Nissan, Nissan Pulsar, Nissan 350Z, 3-Nissan Altimas, Nissan Rogue, Nissan Sentra and now the proud dsddy of a Nissan Patfinder all purchashed due to an excellent product that has only improved over the years along with a "What A Great Place Dealership".
