Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Our client advisor Greg Scott was one of the most informed car sales people we have ever dealt with! He knew EVERYTHING we wanted to know about the car from gas mileage to how the navigation system worked. They found the car in the color and model we wanted at another dealership and then found a way to meet our financing needs. Everyone did their job with a smile and we left feeling happy. Been looking to trade off my 2010 Kia forta Koup for about two months. Been to multipul dealership and found nothing that sparked my attention. I decided that I would look at the dealership that sold me the car. When my father and I got to the Youngblood dealership we found a 2012 Kia optima that I really liked, Matt Eakins went out of his way to answer every question I had. If I had a question that he didn't know the answer to he went and found out for me. After looking at the payments on the 2012 Kia we decided that, that car was just not for me, we left, and later that day Matt called back and said he had found a 2009 Nissan Altima with 20,000 less miles then my car had on it, We came back the day after memorial day and looked at the 2009 Nissan, at first glance I was not very interested in the car, after test driving the car and talking to Matt and my father about the car I found myself slowly liking the car more and more. Matt let me take the car home that night so I could drive it more and see if maybe after driving the car more and more if maybe I would like it. My father and I came back on wednesday, to take the Nissan through finance and see where my payments would be. Matt was very determinded to help me get into a car that I liked, and he even came in on his day off to help me. After three days of looking, test driving, and finally finding payments that I can afford, we drove off the lot in the 2009 Nissan Altima. Thank you Matt Eakins for all your hard work that you put into finding me a car, and keeping my payments down to what I can afford. I appericate all your help. I will defiently be talking about the great customer service I had at youngblood, Also if I ever wanna trade cars again Youngblood will defiently be my first stop. :) Thanks Again More

The main reason I chose Youngblood Nissan to make my resent purchase of a Nissan, Versa Hatchback was; Mark Sherrow internet manager, Courtney Morton customer service repersentative. The telephone etiquite was fantastic, I was pre-qualified by Ms. Morton by phone after speaking to Mark. THEY BROUGHT ME IN! My purchase was made approximatley 5 days after pre-qulification. TJ Brice was my Client Advisor. (same name as my son TJ). He was very informative upon initial contact on the Versa which I purchased. After the service department cleaned the vehicle for delivery he did an outstanding job of demostrating all the features of the automobile. He also took me thru the service department and introduced me to Lucas one of the service reps. very professional, personable young man also. The place for sure I will have my new Nisssan serviced.
