We were on our vacation to Ohio and our oil light came on. We were in a hurry and stopped by the dealership from learning about them on the internet and they were friendly and very efficient. They changed our oil and also rotated our tires and made sure that everything was in order for us to continue our vacation and was very timely. We really appreciated them taking care of us since we tried to get our dealership to do it in Texas before we left and they assured us that everything was fine. It was an interruption in our vacation but one we were made to feel very comfortable with because of the way they treated us. Andrew went out of his way to accommodate us and keep us informed. More
After having an accident in my mini-van, I needed a replacement car right away. I called Youngblood, talked with Chris about my interest in a Nissan Rogue, silver exterior with all the "bells and whis replacement car right away. He provided information on the ones available and said he would have them ready for us to test drive. We went in to look and all of the sales personnel were extremely helpful. The first Rogue we looked at had a silver exterior but a black interior. I explained that I really wanted a lighter interior. They immediately brought out the same vehicle except with the light interior that I wanted. After test driving a new 2012 Nissan over-night, researching the price, quality, reviews, and Consumer Reports comments, we decided to purchase this vehicle. The sales manager and his staff were very helpful--no pressure was applied and everyone cooperated as a team. We did finance the purchase and the finance manager was also extremely helpful and very fast in preparing all of the necessary paperwork. We were introduced to the service department staff, toured the service area, and received detailed review of all of the features on the vehicle. A real plus in dealing with this dealership is the service department is open on Saturday which is very convenient for people who work through the week. We were very pleased with our experience with Youngblood Motors and felt that our business was truly appreciated. We would highly recommend this dealership for their courtesy and professionalism. I recently visited Youngblood Nissan to simply look at new cars, upon my arrival I was greeted by Salesman Glen Hardee. He was very knowledgeable of the Rogue, and was very interested in my wants and need new cars, upon my arrival I was greeted by Salesman Glen Hardee. He was very knowledgeable of the Rogue, and was very interested in my wants and needs. I had my three children with me and Glen was very attentive and kind to my girls, plus he was very charming. I can say that he delivered far more than expected he went above and beyond anyone every has trying to in me over to purchase anything, I would not have purchase the car yet without his strong sales skills.
