I came up to springfield, mo from arkansa and made a mistake.I went to this God forsaken dealership to purchase a new vehicle. I was surprised and disappointed to see how terrible the service was. I parked and walked around the lot for about 20 minutes in the bad weather before I went inside to acquire information about the murano. The lady at the front desk was very nice and told me that a sales rep would help me shortly. After several employees walked past me and ignored me, I chose to leave and will never be back again. This is the first time in my life I have been ignored by the very people who make a profit by selling to me. I pray that customers wishing to buy (a Nissan) from them realize how important customer service is at the initial contact point as well as later on down the road. More
We stopped by Younblood auto to look at new cars, mainly the 2012 Nissan Juke. Nicole approached us and was very helpful with the Juke. We had researched new cars on the Internet but he had all kinds of good information about the safety of Nissan cars. We then went for a test drive with Glen and Nicole in the Juke. It's a pretty saw some little car. Handled great and supposedly gets the best gas mileage for a crossover. These sales people were great to work with. We would recommend them to everyone More
Stopped by the dealership to test drive some vehicles my wife thought she might like. We were able to determine with Josh's help what it was she wanted. We got some quick numbers, took a break for lunch and at their suggestion took the vehicle with us for an extended test drive. My wife and I both liked the Rogue she picked out. We were able to drive the same roads we do daily and then down towards Branson to see how it performed in the hills. We were both impressed. We stopped back by the dealership with the intent of her checking out the other brands before making a deal. We had already done our homework on comparable models and really did want the Rogue. Josh and the guys were able to get the price down quickly to our predetermined write the check amount, so we did the deal. This was a very good experience overall and I am not someone who typically enjoys buying a car. More

I normally hate the thought of trying to deal with dealerships but this was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had at any car dealership. We were only looking and had no intentions of buyin dealerships but this was the most pleasurable experience I have ever had at any car dealership. We were only looking and had no intentions of buying a car that day but the salesmen were so helpful and when we got to pricing we were surprised that they did not insult us with low trade in price like we had received at another dealership 6 months prior. We traded in 2 vehicles and they gave us a very fair price for both, and that is the main reason we purchased a new vehicle from them plus the employees were very nice. I would recommend Youngblood Nissan 100%. More
