I had a really good experience at this dealership. I am pleased with the vehicle that I purchased, however, after talking to my sister who also purchased hers there, it seems that more than 1 key is imposs pleased with the vehicle that I purchased, however, after talking to my sister who also purchased hers there, it seems that more than 1 key is impossible to get on a pre-owned vehicle, as she had a similiar experience with them. When I traded my previous car in, I brought in 2 remote door lock keys and a base entry key. The key that I got to the purchased vehicle had the remote door locks and panic button. When I asked for a second remote key I was told "No, it costs $300.00". So I had to settle for a base key. I feel that they should check around and make sure that the pre-owned vehicles all have 2 remote keys, if applicable. Other than that, I am pleased with everything. More
I have delt with this dealership since 1982 when I purchased my first new car. Many things have changed over the years, but the change I see now has got to be the best I've seen in all the years. I have avoided the dealership like the flu unless the was no way out of dealing with them in the past. But now it seems like an old friend I see when I go there. The service bay staff were awesome and really friendly. They are no longer those stiff company people that are afraid to laugh a little and poke fun at issues. But then how many customers come in because of wildlife taken out by their car lol and then twice in a 4 week period. Both times everyone was great to work with from the service bay to the cashier. Always communicating to what was going on and being sure I didn't go thirsty. The first wildlife visit required replacement of the radiator and needed to wait on parts. Knowing I was left with some not so great transportation and having to travel 100 miles round trip with a gas hog, to my suprise my car was done about 4 days sooner than promised because my part was overnighted and worked on the next day. I say thats going the extra step to getting a customer back in their own car. More

Purchased a Murano from the sister dealership (Kia) and the sales experience there was great. The Nissan dealership was responsible for some brake, alignment, and cosmetic front end touch up work. . As it turn out they farm out all of the body work to other shops, and the quality control is out of their hands. When a customer is not satisfied with the quality of work it is a real mess. . In my circumstance it came down to a broken license plate bracket. It went on over a month, two different trips into the dealership for replacement, in the Nissan shop itself and no replacement. After over a month it came down to this is a written condition of purchase either deliver or take the car back. That statement finally got some action. . IN SUMMARY the service group did not follow up and did not pay attention to details. If I can’t get service, I can’t return for a sale. More

Last Sat. it was raining & we had to cancel plains,so I called rich & told him we would like to come by & look,I also told him I did not think we were ready to buy,he said no problum.We got there a little late,about 4 pm ,I told him what we were looking for & how much we would go.He showed us a car we realy liked,but it was $2000 over our top dollar,he said lets see what we can do,when it was said & done he had it down to our low end.We were from out of town,so he had people stay late so we would not have to come back to get it. My husband and I were looking to trade in our Van and move into the crossover style of a sport utility. Deon was the first to greet us on the lot and he took notice of our needs and wants and started showing us vehicles that fell into the budget we were trying to stay with in. We were having a hard time finding anything with low miles. We took a Saturn Outlook for a test drive and Deon tagged along which was great because he could show us features in the vehicle. My husband and I were hesitant because it had 75,000 miles on it and we wanted to purchase a vehicle that would last us a while. They made us an offer on the vehicle that fit inside our budget but I wasnt loving the car and Deon could tell we were probably not going to buy. Deon talk to his management team about a Mazda CX9 that they had on the lot that was a little out of our price range and he asked us to take it for a test drive, we were hesitant because of the price but he said he talked to the manager and they are needing to move it so they could get the price down Deon asked us to take it for the evening so we could take our time with making our decision. We brought it back and they were able to give us an excellent deal on our trade in and Deon worked hard to get the price to fit with in our budget. We did notice a plug in the side wall of one of the tires so one stipulation for us purchasing the vehicle was that Youngblood put new tires on the car, and they did and I LOVE IT! The Mazda CX 9 is perfect for our family, and is a sleek, beautiful car. Deon was awesome and we would reccomend him to our friends and family! We also like to say that Brad in finance did a great job getting us a great low rate of 2.9%! He was professional, personable and quick at his job. Our experience at Youngblood was excellent! More
