I had a 2013 Nissan Versa deal setup and Jim Patterson let it fall through. He then tried to sell me a used car. I won't ever visit this dealership any time soon. Jim stated he was swamped yesterday and failed to make sure my vehicle was not sold by another salesperson. This guy is very lazy, doesn't provide enough information to make a good decision and then keeps trying to sell you a car you don't want. I provided Jim Patterson all required documents 2 days ago, was approved for a loan with $500 down and today the car isn't available. Sounds to me a lot like "bait and switch". I also discovered that my credit report had 4 hard inquiries that were from your dealership. If I wanted to play games, I would have gone to the casinos in Miami Oklahoma! More
I went to Youngblood Nissan to get my oil changed in my new car and I was blown away by how friendly the staff was at this location. In comparison to the dealership where I purchased my Nissan, (In Illinoi new car and I was blown away by how friendly the staff was at this location. In comparison to the dealership where I purchased my Nissan, (In Illinois at AutoCenter Nissian where the experience was HORRIBLE) the Youngblood dealership staff were 100% more attentive and went above and beyond in everything they did for me that day. From the moment I walked in until the moment I drove away they made me feel like they genuinely cared about the experience being great. They had a bottle of water for me when I arrived and one sitting in the car for me when I left. Jerry, took the time to go through some of the features of my car with me that I did not understand. It wasn't his job, but by the way he was so quick to help, I couldn't tell. Jerry and his staff vacuumed and washed my car, changed the oil and went through an extensive check of all other things in the car that may have needed attention. They did a FANTASTIC job and their customer service is among the BEST I have ever experienced. It was just a simple, routine oil change but they have made such a lasting and impressive impression on me that I will be returning to them for any and all future service appointments. Way to go Youngblood Nissan! More dealerships should take note of how you guys operate and run a business because you did a fantastic job and have made a loyal customer out of me. Buying a vehicle has not always been always been a pleasant experience but I purchased my last car from this dealership with no problem and the product and service have been excellent so I thought I w pleasant experience but I purchased my last car from this dealership with no problem and the product and service have been excellent so I thought I would give them another chance. This time the experience was excellent as Greg Scott our sales representative was very professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle we were interested in and went out of his way to make sure we got everything we wanted with vehicle even though it took a week to 10 days in order to get it all accomplished. He has also made follow-up call to insure our complete satisfaction. Great Job to Greg and Nathan (Sean) in the Service Department. Will be back More

To say that experience was a nightmare would not be an exaggeration. They treated me rudely and condescendingly. YoungBlood Nissan was exactly the opposite. They promised upfront and straight talk at the beginning and that is what they delivered! I want to start by saying I don't usually write reviews of anything and when I do it is usually either way bad or way good. I went in with my typical attitude that I'm going to have to deal with the tradit of anything and when I do it is usually either way bad or way good. I went in with my typical attitude that I'm going to have to deal with the traditional salesman. Being attacked before I can even get in door. Expecting the typical high pressure sales pitch, "What can I do do get you in a car today." "If I can get to this number can I get your business today?" I was plesently surprised that none of this happened. I walked in to look at a 2013 Pathfinder that was on the salesroom floor. As I was looking at my target Chris walked by and just asked "Is there anything I can help you with?" This laid back approach opened my door to some "to the point", casual discussion. I told Chris exactly why I was here and what I was looking for. Chris then proceeded to explain a few of the key features of the new Pathfinder. Chris was very knowledgeable and I knew he wasn't feeding me any xx about the new Pathfinder because I had already been doing extensive research since the annoucement of the new Pathfinder and I could confirm everything he told me. We then sat down to discuss some numbers and where I needed to be. He then dissapeared to the "corner office" to touch base with the Sales Manager. A few minutes later he came back with someone in tow that I assumed was the Sales Manager and expected the "hard sale". The Sales Manager was Randy Pace and the both of them sat down to talk with me. Again, very surprised, no hard sales pitch. I told Randy again what I was looking for and what I expected, he sat and listened to me. A pleasent surprise was that he heard me out without pushing me or his agenda. We came up with some figures and told them "thank you for you time" and that I wanted to leave and think about it. They said "No problem, we understand, take your time and let us know when your ready". Again surprised, they let me walk out without any pressure. A couple days later I came back to speak with them and I agreed to purchase a new Pathfinder. Randy found the exact Pathfinder I asked for, color, options, and everything. With the very fair price we agreed on I was then handed off to Brad Gideon the Business Manager to go over all the paper work. Brad was very knowledgeable, patient, and he explained everthing in a way I could understand and answered all of my questions. I have to add that in 2009 I went to Youngblood looking for a new Murano and my experiance was much different and and not so good, I bought my Murano at another dealer. This time I decided to give Youngblood another chance and I'm very happy I did. Had Chris and Randy been there four years ago I probably would had purchased my Murano from them. I can't say enough good things about my experiance this time. They totally exceeded my expectations and a few years from now I hope they are both there because Youngblood will be my first stop for a new Nissan. Thank you guys for treating me fairly and letting me make my decsion on my terms. I LOVE my new Pathfinder and for anyone looking for a new Nissan please stop in and ask for Chris because he will take great care of you and treat you like a person and not just another "sale", he's a great guy.
