From the time I first browsed the website and had an online chat with Greg, he was very helpful. First he listened carefully and was pleasant to work with. He immediately got me an approximate quote fo online chat with Greg, he was very helpful. First he listened carefully and was pleasant to work with. He immediately got me an approximate quote for my trade in vehicle, and that quote turned out to be exactly what I got when I picked out the new vehicle. When I got to the dealership he asked me what I liked most about my current car, what my needs were, and what I thought I wanted to spend on this purchase. He took me to the lot to look at what he had available in that range that met my criteria, then brought the vehicles I wanted to test drive over to me, where he explained how to use anything I was not familiar with already. Once the new vehicle was picked out he introduced me to each other person we would be working with, and I was impressed that the dealership offers a follow-up appointment about 30 days later to go over the vehicle & make sure everything is tip-top 30 days after the purchase for free, as well as the first oil change free for the new vehicle! He made sure I was comfortable while I waited for the paperwork to be ready to sign. He got me a bottled water, showed me where there were complimentary healthy snacks, and where the facilities were-then he asked if I had time to let them take all the stickers out of the windows & detail the vehicle before I left, which I did, and he took care of that. Once they were done with the car and paperwork was all signed, he helped me program my phone into the bluetooth and demonstrated how to use it before I went on my way home, to return tomorrow with the bank check. Overall the entire experience was very favorable. Paperwork was done extremely quickly too. More

Overall I had a good experience at Young Blood Nissan. The staff was friendly and they where there if you needed anything. Had a good selection of used cars with reasonable pricing on them. I went in search of a used car I had found online at the dealership. Jon found me a newer vehicle with significantly less miles, yet still fully loaded with all the extras I really wanted. I had begun looking for a new used car about a month ago. I was looking online and had seen a couple of possible cars I spoke first to someone online. Then Joe contacted me. I explained I was in no hurry but was looking for an suv. Joe was very helpful but not pushy. He wasn't the type that would call every day pushing to buy something. He kept in contact enough to let me know that when I was ready he was there. When I saw a new arrival that fit my needs I called him and scheduled a test drive and brought a friend to check the car out. He was very patient and answered every question. Scott in financing was wonderful and explained everything. I will definitely be a repeat customer! It was a great experience! More
We have never had a good experience when buying a car so when we went to Youngblood we didn't have high hopes of getting anything. I liked what I was driving but it was getting up there in mileage. I can't stress enough how different this experience was. Greg Boswell was amazing to work with. We must have looked at just about every vehicle on that parking lot. He stayed late when we were test driving vehicles trying to decide what we wanted & didn’t rush us to leave. We decided to go back the next day and this time we decided on a Pathfinder. Again, the place closed and we were still there. This time it wasn't just Greg staying late and no one seemed to mind. Brad Gideon was also amazing to work with. He worked to get us the best deal he could. Everybody we came in contact with was very friendly & really do make you feel like family. We ended up going back the following day and traded in my husband’s car for a Sentra. We’ve never referred to car buying as being a great experience but this time it truly was thanks to Greg and Brad and the rest of the Youngblood team that were so nice to us. We will definitely be referring everyone we know to go to see Greg. Thanks Greg for showing us that you can have fun buying a car. Lynn & Sabry Broussard More
