Kenneth Morris followed up and offered to help me choose a car that would better serve my family. In every interaction, I was impressed with Kenneth's manners and focus on what would be best for me. Again, I was not planning on buying a car but over the next few weeks Kenneth showed me the Rogue, Sorento and Pathfinder. He did an excellent job of explaining the safety features of each car and made sure to show me cars in my budget. I visted several dealerships to see other SUVs as I was in a current lease with a coupe. Youngblood was the only dealership that discussed my options with my current lease and found me a SUV that met all of my needs. In my opinion, the responsiveness and focus on the client were distinctive from other dealerships in the area. Kenneth has continued to provide good service after the sale and I will recommend him to my friends and co-workers who are in the market for a different car. More

I bought a brand new 2013 Nissan Altima from Grant Perryman (& Harry) at Youngblood Nissan in Aug 2013, and both guys were just awesome! They were polite, professional, very knowledgeable, & so willing to assist in any way they could. NEVER were either of them overbearing or pushy ... just down-to-earth guys who did everything they could to make me happy concerning what I wanted / needed in a vehicle. I stopped in to NIssan 3 months later & both men crossed the showroom floor to shake my hand & ask me how I was liking my new 'baby.' :) Grant had even set up an oil change appt for me in the service dept since I live out-of-state and was only in Springfield for a few days visiting relatives. I couldn't have asked for a better salesman with whom to work! Super guy, hardworking, friendly, & truly willing to help you in any way he can. I have no doubt I'll be buying my next car from Youngblood Nissan several years from now, and I can only hope that Grant & Harry will still be working there. Both Greg Boswell and Richard Perez were very friendly and helpful. They never rushed me. They answered all my questions. Greg offered some sound financial information when helping me make a decisions and helpful. They never rushed me. They answered all my questions. Greg offered some sound financial information when helping me make a decisions on what I wanted to do, but never made me feel like he was pushing me towards his goal instead of mine. I think in the end his sound advice really helped me to do what was the best thing for me. Greg and Richard both let me know that just because the sale was made I could still call on them with any questions or concerns. This is not the only car I have ever bought from Youngblood, and previous experience is why I keep coming back. That goes for both the sales and the service departments and in this case the gentleman (sorry i can't remember his name) who helped me with the financing. I have and always will recommend Youngblood Motor Company to anyone & everyone who asks, or even if they don't ask me. If you haven't gone there you should! More
I visited many different dealerships in Springfield,MO and Branson,MO, and the only one I felt comfortable with was Youngblood. Greg Boswell treated me better than I could've ever asked for! Many of the other dealerships made me feel like I was talking to a sleezy salesman, but Greg made me feel like a valued customer. Not only did he work very hard to get me the best deal on my car, but throughout the entire process he made my family and I feel right at home. After having Greg help me out for a bit, I then got to sit with the finance department. The finance Dept was also great and very friendly. After I got done with the finance dept, Greg was right there to greet me and show me around my new car! He did a thorough job of showing me all the features of my car and made sure I understood everything. TJ was friendly, very patient and helpful. My husband and I are senior citizens and don't always remember or think as fast as we once did. TJ made absolutely certain that we understood how to operate the new car and he said to call him if we ever had any problems with the car. He exhibited great patience when I forgot that I'd placed the car's paperwork in my purse. I panicked when I couldn't find them later at the insurance office. I called TJ and asked him to search for them which he did. To no avail, he was unable to find them. When he called me back, he patiently suggested that they might be in my purse. And...that's just where they were! I had panicked when I didn't see them in the seat of the car. See what I mean about getting forgetful? Anyway, as far as I'm concerned TJ Johnston is a saint. Most young people would have come unglued and probably yelled at me for such stupidity, being too slow or somehow being in the way. He didn't though. He just took it all in stride as though it happens every day and it was no big deal. I loved driving the new car home and probably won't even let a speck of dust get on it for the next 6 months at least. After that, who knows. By the way, we missed seeing the guy that used to jump up in the air. Youngblood. What a Place! More

SCOTT GOT ME A MUCH BETTER INTEREST RATE THAN A PRIOR DEALERSHIP AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME PAGE BY PAGE,THERE WAS NO BACK AND FORTH NEGOTIATING ON PRICE, TRADE IN OR INTEREST RATES. BOTH OF THEM MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS THE ONLY ONE BUYING A CAR THAT DAY. JUSTIN AND SCOTT OFFERED A HAND SHAKE WHEN THE DEAL WAS DONE...I HAD TO HUG THEM BOTH FOR BEING SO COMPASSIONATE ABOUT MAKING SURE THAT I WAS HAPPY. I had been talking with various sales men with needing a second car for my husband and myself. Greg was extremely helpful and very kind as well as considerate. I told him that we were currently paying a certain amount on our one car and would like to not go much above that price with our second car payment. He took in to consideration everything I wanted in the specifications of my new car. I was impressed with his attention to detail and his obvious care and heart. He made a couple courtesy calls after our sale and I was more than happy to talk to him. He made us feel like family and not that he was just trying to get the sale. if we are still in Springfield when we wish to replace our current vehicles we hope Greg will still be selling and be our sales man again!
