There were several customers in the dealership at all times, but our family always felt like we were the most important. I truly believe that the dealership did everything in its power to make our deal the best it could be. I would feel very comfortable recommending any of these people and Youngblood Nissan to any of my family members and friends. As an added bonus we were buying our car during Youngblood's annual Toys for Tots drive. It was overwhelming to see the generosity shown by their employees. We were talking to the program manager from US 97 who was sincere in saying how hard Youngblood works to make sure the Marines and the kids have a successful toy drive. Mr. Chuck Wiersch even brought his beautiful Granddaughter over to to wish us a Merry Christmas while we were finalizing our contract. Great job Youngblood Staff!!!!!!!!!!! More

Greg was fantastic and I would highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Service after the sale from the service department is not recommended at all. We had (have) an issue on a pre-owned vehicle that is almost a $1,000 repair. The issue arose prior to the vehicle having 36,000 miles; however, because the vehicle turned over 36,000 prior to the first scheduled maintenance visit (which we did on schedule and at Youngblood) and because we declined the extended warranty, there was "nothing they could do". At the time, I would've even split the cost of the repair, but received no option other than "sorry, you should've accepted the extended warranty and because you didn't there's nothing we can do". If Greg goes to another dealership, he'll continue to get my business; however, if I look at Nissan or Kia, I'll drive to Fletcher or Roper in Joplin. More
I don't have great credit, and was in a desperate bind. My old vehicle threw a rod and the repair was going to cost more than double what the vehicle was worth. I had spent the previous two weeks applying for credit with banks and other dealerships. I had gone alphabetically, and next time I'm starting with Y. I applied online for financing on Saturday. I received a phone call and email from Glenn Timoteo within an hour of that application being submitted with pre-approval and asking questions as to what kind of vehicle I was looking for. After hanging up on Saturday, I was amazed that after over two weeks of being ignored, I immediately had the attention of someone. I missed Glenn's call back later that same evening with a couple of vehicles in my price range. Let me emphasize this: I had dropped an internet financing application during the late morning on Saturday, got pre-approved and called back within one hour, and had been called back again all on the same day. The same dog-gone day! Holy speedy service, Batman! They were closed Sunday, so I headed in at about 8:30 a.m. Monday to speak to Glenn in person and to take a look at some cars. He wasn't in yet, but his co-worker Greg Boswell picked right up where Glenn left off. We sat down and discussed what I was looking for, found something both in my price range and a vehicle that I was interested in, and had a test drive completed by 10:30 a.m. He handed my credit information off to the Financing Department to see what my interest rate and payment would end up being. Greg is a professional, he listened to what I was asking for, asked extremely helpful questions of me, and got me into the car I desired. If you take anything away from this review, take this: Greg Boswell is the type of car salesman that everyone, everywhere wants to deal with. I have bought quite a few cars in my life, and up to now I've always felt like I had to say "No, that's not what I want" over and over to get the salesman to hear me. Greg helped me pick out the car that was perfect for my needs, not the car that needed to get off the lot or would land him the biggest commission. I shook hands with him after all the paperwork was signed, and you know what? I didn't feel sold, I felt taken care of. The next time I go to buy a vehicle, I will be asking for him, by name. Did I forget to mention I have horrible credit? Because I do. Joe Griffin could have cared less. He spent an hour calling banks, collecting offers, and negotiating for the best deal on my behalf. From the initial offer, Joe got my interest rate reduced by 10% and got the payments dropped by $80 (Yes, my credit was THAT bad). For the first time buying a vehicle, the finance department was really on my side. Joe fought for me, in my moment of need, to get the financing I needed. I know I've said it a lot in this review, but what a pro. Youngblood Motors, you have earned a repeat customer. I'll see you again, and thank you for everything. More
I had looked at many cars but had not found what I wanted. The Murano had been recommended to me but I wanted better gas mileage but thought I would give it a look anyway. Greg Scott was so nice and not "pushy"; just let me move at my own pace. The minute I sat in the car I knew I liked it. After I drove it I knew I really liked the car. It is perfect for me; just love the vehicle. I really appreciated that no one I encountered was pushy. The offer presented to me by Mark Sherrow (I believe that is his name) was fair and I didn't even feel like asking them to come down on the price. I have since been back in for a 30 day check and again, everyone was friendly and courteous. Great dealership! And great vehicle! More

Began discussion about a new car over the phone with Greg Boswell. We were able to agree on a car, options and price before I even arrived at the lot. Greg was outstanding in assisting me. I have made a purchase in the past with KIA and my experience was not as good. I would do business with Greg again for certain. Scott Burns was our F&I gentleman and he was very helpful and pleasant as well. Very knowledgeable and not pushy to add options I did not need. He had helped us some with our last transactions so he remember us and knew what we would benefit from and would not be interested in. I like learning things and knowing what will help us, but I really do not like a "Hard Sell" and Scott most certainly did not pressure us at all. Everything was completed in a timely manner. Working with the two, Greg and Scott was a real pleasure. We love our car and were extremely excited that we got all the options we wanted and did not have to purchase options that were not necessary. If you are looking for a new car, be certain and go in and ask for Greg and Scott, they do an outstanding job! Many Thanks More
