Everyone we dealt with today was amazing. We didn't come in to buy a new car but that exactly what we did. Maybe the ONLY pleasant car-buying experience we've ever had! TJ Johnston and Brad Gideon were friendly, very efficient, and very thorough. They were obviously very concerned that we should have a good experience at this dealership, not a long day of high sales pressure and torturous negations. We also met a very nice representative in the mechanics department, whose name I can't remember (he gave me a card, but I don't have it with me). I liked meeting everyone, and knowing just where to go & who to see if I need help and for my first maintenance check. TJ Johnston readily picked up on what we were looking for, and steered us immediately to the vehicle we wanted. He offered to show us other options, but did not pressure us when it was clear that we loved our first test-drive. TJ called to check on us yesterday, and I was glad for that, also, because I had a question. He answered it immediately, and I feel comfortable about calling him if other questions arise. More
Bobby was great to work with and we are not easy to please. Bobby made sure we knew everything about the car and made sure we were happy with the car and answered all questions for us. I was in an automobile accident on the 10th of this month, so when my husband and I got to Youngblood I was still upset about my accident. And my husband and I really appreciate how family like TJ John month, so when my husband and I got to Youngblood I was still upset about my accident. And my husband and I really appreciate how family like TJ Johnson, and Greg Boswell were. And TJ really took time to listen to what our needs were in another car. My husband and I both really appreciated how TJ, and Greg stayed close to us through the whole thing, and the way Greg explained everything to me that night, it had been a long day for us all but even longer for me just because I didn't sleep much that Friday night of my accident. When I hear my friends here in Lebanon talk about needing a new car for whatever reason I will recommend they see or talk with TJ and Greg. This whole experience was a blessing to both myself and my husband. You all are truly blessings to us. More

I had been looking for a Jeep Compass online for a couple of days, and decided to fill out a application for financing. Greg Scott had reached out to me, and sent me links to various different Jeeps (i.e. Li of days, and decided to fill out a application for financing. Greg Scott had reached out to me, and sent me links to various different Jeeps (i.e. Liberty, Compass and Patriot). At this point, i have had no credit and Greg was willing to work with me. When i came in on Thursday, January 9th, I was really interested in the 2014 Jeep Compass. I test drove it, and feel in love. Seeing as how i had no credit, the bank was only willing to to make it a $18,000-$19,000 loan and the jeep was more than that. Greg and Curtis tried and tired, until the bank said it just wasn't doable. As disappointed as i was that i didnt get a Jeep, Greg recommended that i looked at the Nissan Juke. He pulled one up, and i instantly feel in love. I test drove it, and feel in love even more. We went back to the office, and they had told me that we would have to try again in the morning because it was getting late and it was getting difficult to get ahold of the loan officers. Greg had asked me if i was willing to put more money down, absoluetly, i could out down $3,000. After waiting for a couple minutes, we were walking towards the door getting ready to leave. Greg stopped us and told us don't leave, they will take $3,000. I couldn't have been more excited. Greg and Curtis pushed for me, and didn't let me leave that lot without a vehicle. More
