I called Greg on Monday, brought in my trade-in and agreed on a price. No pressure! Just basic business and conversation. Harry was very inviting as well as knowledgeable about the vehicle we were inquiring about. When it came down to if we were going to buy, he was a major part in that. GREG SCOTT, a very pleasant guy to work with, he went beyond expectations to meet our requests regarding the choosing car. We have some challenges with the price tag and monthly payments, as such Greg took his time to look within the fleet to find the right car that fit our budget and our wishes. Bottom line we got the car that meet our criteria. The minus part was with the Finance person - Brad Gideon, when I was doing loans in California I knew exactly what my clients got and could explained them exactly what to expect, Brad Gideon was evasive to my questions as such, he truly shows what most of us think of a car dealer, no straight forward and dishonest. I will recommend the dealer with some apprehension and be careful how the deal is presented. But if I am in California, I will go to Costco and I know for sure I will get a straight answer with no "hesitations" when I signed the paperwork. I am now in Missouri, as such I must learn to live and purchase cars the Missouri way. More
First of all, I purchase a large number of cars on a frequent basis. I bought from a number of dealers, however, I mainly dealt with three most of the time. Vern Eide Honda, Don Wessel Honda, and Morlan Shell Toyota. That has changed as of yesterday! I was completely blown away by the service provided by Youngblood. Our salesman was truly the best that I have EVER dealt with in my 49 years of purchasing vehicles! No one has ever taken the time and explained everything in great detail relating to the car we purchased, to include all about the dealership. Greg Boswell was the salesman that we purchased our vehicle from. When we left the dealership, we felt as though we had known Greg or "Boz" for years as old friends. He was extremely knowledgeable about every vehicle that we looked at, or shown interest in, and had a wonderful personality. Greg stayed after closing to make sure we were in complete understanding of the vehicle, and comfortable with the way all the controls functioned. He also pointed out all the safety features both inside, and under the hood. I wish that I would have tried Nissan, and found Greg many vehicles ago. Good bye Honda and Toyota. I will be back to Youngblood many more times, as long as Greg is there. Another person that we really enjoyed dealing with was the business man, Bobby Oliver. Again, very knowledgeable in his area of expertise, very friendly, and extremely fast at getting us through the paperwork. The car looked great after it came out of detail, to include the cleaning of both my personalized license plates! Youngblood is a very efficient and professional dealership. Other dealerships should come over to Youngblood and observe their operating techniques. Thank you for a great car buying experience! More
From the very minute I drove up the salesman was very responsive. I wasn't even considering purchasing a Nissan vehicle. I was looking at SUV's, but wasn't familiar with the Pathfinder.
